Fastenal has went down hill. Been going to them for years. Now there focused on warehouse supplies instead of an local store. Won't come back.

Just found out I paid 26.7% more (over $32 additional) because I didn't order it online first. How do you justify that inflated price when you guarantee in stock items will be in a locker within an hour? Does it cost that much more to have an employee pull the product while I wait at the counter? Give me a break!!
