They attended to me quickly, someone signaled to me immediately I entered the building as it was a large space and I was not sure where to face. That gesture warmed my heart, so thank you FedEx. Plus my item got delivered in good time too!

The prints were full of lines. The machine was clearly low on ink. I paid nearly $400.00 and they didn't make sure the prints were amazing. Very poor service.
