Refused to take a package said it was too big.... told me to take it to another location. So beware if it's larger than a shoebox they won't take it. Bit you can have almost a pallet worth of stuff delivered there.. someone make it make since

Worst customer service ever. If you are going to refused to accept the packages why offer to bring it in the first place. I even set it to where staff want it. The FedEx site stated:Max package weight: 55 LBMax package size: 48 IN x 25 IN x 25 INMy package is around 30lb and 18*16*8inEven just accept one of package will do it for me but no, they ask me to take it all out of store

The service was friendly and quick they provide pre-employment screening as well as mail and printing. The fax machine is pricey at $2 a page...ouch!

I went here because i had gotten am email that stated that a very important package was delivered to my house but no one read there to sign for it so i was time to pick it up here at this location well i get here waited 3 hours they couldn't find it came back next day waited 5 hours still couldn't find it cane back next day came back for the third day waited 2 hours so i waited 10 hours total and i have yet to locate nor receive Mt very important package and i called up there the 7th day you know giving them some time to locate it and i was told in so many other words to just basically chop that s**t up but no I'm still looking for it and i will locate it because still at the end of the day it was a very important package i hate FEDEX
