Ordered an online printing job the day before for 9am pickup the next day. They started the job when I arrived at 9am. Just poor management. Leave yourself plenty of extra time for customer online printing orders.

Prompt and efficient service with an incredibly helpful staff! I was able to complete everything I needed in under 10 minutes, including getting photos clicked, arranging documents, purchasing an envelope, and affixing the label. The staff made the entire process smooth and hassle-free. Highly recommend this FedEx branch for its speed and excellent customer service!

Very friendly staff as of this review, I hope they stick around. I just needed a quick poster printed to take to a Fever game. I was able to size to what they needed using Canva to avoid the fee if they had to open and adjust it. Then saved as PDF then emailed to them. They printed it several times the ONLY printer their management allows them to have and it never came out right as far as color. The staff was patient and never argued with me about it, they adjusted the print a few times. We finally just decided it was good enough. The management of this place need to provide better wide format printers, the Canon is all they have and it cannot print accurately. Either they are using 3rd party inks which are not right for the machine or it is just a bad printer. They should at least have two that are different brands for cases where the color isn't right. The prices they charge for a single 12x16" matte print should justify a calibrated printer.

Needed help with printing and faxing and the guy at the counter was helpful. Not super efficient as he spent time playing on his phone but he got the job done. Will go back but I'd be nervous if I had a complicated request.

They require a US I.D. for shipping. Internationals beware. This is the first this has ever happened to me at FedEx. Go the the fedex at the JW Marriott for much better service (where they told me that policy was nonsense)
