Provided detailed instructions on how to print a simple 11”x17” handout. Even talked to an employee on the phone about the project and gave instructions on what to do if they were unable to fulfill my request as described (it involved bleeds and cut marks). They confirmed they could do it, but because of the size of the order (over $100), I had to pay in advance. Upon arrival, they provided me with a document that was not cut on the bleeds, and instead, they decided to resize it themselves. Now, I have a document that’s folded incorrectly, doesn’t look as sharp as I’d like it, too, and I was forced to pay the full price because I had prepaid. They offered solution was to do it again, but would have to charge me more and would not be able to meet my deadline. I don’t expect perfection, but I do expect companies to try and redeem their mistakes and find a solution that is appropriate. This FedEx gave me neither.

I would like to thank Ms. Jasmine R for her outstanding service I received today at the FedEx Office Store. I had to print and ship some important documents and the process was easy and seamless thanks to Jasmyne making the process easy for me. She greeted me upon entering the store and assisted me throughout the whole process. Her bright and cheerful attitude was very inviting. I have not seen this kind of customer service in a very long time. I will definitely be coming back because of Jasmyne R.

TERRIBLE customer service. I arrived at their store 1 minute before closing and they had already locked up, refusing to open the door despite seeing me outside. Since this was a Saturday, I could not get my package until Monday. Location run by a bunch of lazy people.

BLUF: Employees have no ability to modify what gets sent to them by the online system (i.e., business cards, etc.): if it's wrong on your screen, it will be wrong when it gets to them, and that's not their fault. Even so, the turnaround time was really fast (noon the next day for a 5 o'clock submittal) and the employees at this location reacted quickly and were very accommodating.Issue: I submitted an online order on 18 Oct 2022 for 200 business cards; no matter how I sized the images I uploaded to the site, it would not fit them within the printable area. I thought that the employees onsite would be able to see what was happening and fix it on their side, but that was not the case and I was presented with 200 cards with the edges lopped off.Resolution: I told them that this wouldn't work for me, and was given an email address I could submit to that would go to a person. I did that, and I got all 200 cards within two hours.Summary: A lot of things went right for this to all take place in a single afternoon; 1) I had the images to use for the cards saved on my phone, and so could put the email together right there and send it immediately; and 2) I had two hours to kill around town. This wouldn't have worked for some others. Given that, though, this was a last-minute order, placed after-hours the day before I needed them, to a small shop in the middle of the city--when I could just have gotten my business cards ahead of time like a normal person. After all, I knew I was going on travel.Conclusion: 1) I was impressed by the quick turnaround for the order: if I had been able to make the system understand, I would have gotten my order by noon the following day. 2) The staff understood that what had been produced wasn't good enough (would NOT have wanted to be the poor guy who handed me that first stack), and worked with me to fix the problem. 3) The problem was resolved in a timeline that accommodated my condition.Thank you to the staff that was working 19 October 2022! You helped me out a great deal, and my colleague and I were handing out those business cards the next day!

I walked in and no one spoke. I began trying to operate the scan/fax machine and no one offered help. Associates stood around behind the desk clearly not doing much. When I did run into a problem the only associate that offered help asked another associate to help finish and it took her all but a year and a day to make her way over to me. Customer service along w/company moral is missing at this location.I will go out of my way across town just so I do not have to go in here again.

I've had good experiences here, but the sad stories I've read I can believe to be true. stuff happens, nothing crazy has happened to me. I always make simple requests.

I have a package that was last scanned at this location at the end of January . The package was supposed to be delivered January 31st it is now February 9th and the package has yet to leave the station. At this point I'm assuming my package was stolen. Which is something that FedEx has been known for. I am beyond upset This is extremely unprofessional. I will never ship anything through FedEx Again!

These guys helped me out in a serious bind. Had every right to tell me no and turn me away and instead went above and beyond to help me out and make sure my project was printed on time and correctly. And it turned out great.Very thankful.

-Was interested in buying their biggest banner, right off the bat the workers acted like it was an hassle. I remained patient and told them to take their time. -They didn't ask any questions and didn't ask to do a synopsis of the design. -I chose the most expensive package with their design option included. They told me it would take a minimum of 48 hours and more than likely longer than that. -The next morning I had realized there was an error so I called them to make a simple change. They told me, the sign was already done, which was within 12 hours of me ordering it and they wouldn't be able to change it. -If I hadn't called I would've waited a whole day or two. -So I got there and nobody helped with setting the sign up and rushed me out. When I got to our location we realized the alignment was off. -So we called to fix it or get a partial refund. -The guy on the phone had great customer service. Not so much when we got there. -They said they would fix it but started giving us trouble when we asked for an edit to make the font bigger. Not sure why it was an issue when we paid the design fee. -We made our change and arrived next day. They fixed the previous issue but messed up the bottom half. At that point we were just tired of dealing with their condescending attitude and making everything seem like a hassle for them to do.
