Do NOT use this FedEx unless you’re desperate. They charge a hotel fee on top of any transaction for no reason whatsoever. I guess they are just taking advantage of hotel guests. Completely absurd. Scum.

Shout out to Levi for the top tier costumer service! He answered every single one of my questions, was super helpful, and knowledgeable. He made planning shipments for our vendor team a breeze, and put to rest any anxiety I had about making sure our team was prepared for the event.

Levi and Elaine made a very long day of expo packaging very smooth when it came to shipping. Levi lifted VERY heavy boxes and crates for me, efficiently and carefully. Elaine was speedy in making the labels. Both of them made a long day much easier. Couldn’t say anything better about the two of them.

Elaine, Marvin and Jana could not have been more amazing!!! Initially Elaine helped us with an emergency banner for a convention - she was friendly, professional and went above and beyond to help us. When the banner printed out, the file was not high enough resolution so Elaine re-did the design for us. In the mean time, Jana and Marvin helped her a bit, but all of them were so kind and helpful…you rarely see this amount of customer service these days. If I could give them all 10 stars I would - especially Elaine - she was a God-send!!! THANK YOU to the amazing team at this FedEx location!!!

Marvin was an absolute stud. Our company had a huge rush order that needed to be completed by the end of the day. Marvin stayed two hours after the store to ensure that the order was completed and personally handed to us. As a business that sends out large print orders on a weekly basis, I have never dealt with someone as professional, nor received better customer service. Marvin got us out of a jam when we were in a tight spot and I couldn't give a higher recommendation.

Massively inconvenience is what this place is. Parking SUCKS! NOT ENOUGH DOORS OPEN TO GET TO THE office. No late pick up.

Great Service for a LETTER to be overnighted. Drove up, valet watched my car, they helped me mail my overnight envelope with no extra fees but it was just a letter. yes be careful if its a box. you may want to choose another location.
