They charge fees for prepaid labels. Never heard of that before.

charges additional fees, even if the package is already paid for, using their location in a hotel as an excuse.

Charges a fee to drop off a pre-paid package. Go to the FedEx on Monument Circle.

I sent a package to the JW Marriot to use during a trip. I paid for shipping through UPS - FedEx charged me an additional $90 fee for "package handing" once it arrived at the hotel .

For those looking- it's inside the JW Marriott- from the lobby take the escalator to the 2nd floor and it's on the right.

Professional. Efficient. Great service. Brought a print job in an hour before close. Turned around high quality results. Don't let the negative reviews deter you.

Was forced to use FedEx Ground for a business return, wish I would have seen these reviews before wasting my time. There is a $10 handling fee period and it doesn't matter if its only a prepaid drop off. This is why I despise FedEx and will be rejecting any return labels going forward from them.

I had three small packages sent to the hotel to pick up during my stay. To my horror, I was charged $50 and handling fees.

I am very disappointed with FedEx's training of individuals that work at this facility. I mailed a package that was addressed to a PO Box. The package was accepted & shipped. I was never notified during the transaction that FedEx does not deliver to PO Boxes. When I called FedEx to inquire about the package, they said they tried to notify me numerous times. If they called the number I gave them , they never left a message nor did they try to contact me via email. I needed to make 4 calls to FedEx to have the package returned to me. I definitely will think twice before using FedEx again.

Very bad buying experience. She asked me to come back a few hours later but didnt deliver. She then asked me to wait for 30mins and I still got nothing from her. Completely waste of my time.

Don't ship anything from here. They charge a "handling fee" even if printed your own shipping label. Total waste of time. Go somewhere else.

If you have something shipped to you here, they charge a HANDLING FEE per box - even if you're the recipient. It's part of being a FedEx in the hotel. Go a block away and save the money at a different FedEx.

The ladies at this FedEx location are very good at what they do. They seem to be proactive and make sure that all customers are fully satisfied. I placed an order with them on a Friday afternoon when several events were happening throughout Indy and in the JW Marriott. My order was taken care of by Olivia, Kassie, and a few other women in their office. I appreciate their help with getting what I needed for the event I'm a part of.

Stopped to ship a box today. The nice lady asked if I wanted FedEx air or ground. When she told me the pricing I selected ground shipping for $35. She rang up the total of $61. I suggested there had been a mistake made. She explained that since this was a convenience location and not a regular FedEx office, the handling fee was $25 on top of the shipping. So yes, FedEx can ship cross country for $35, but the Marriott think they should get a 71% markup to have a hotel location. Avoid this major rip off. FedEx really needs to clamp down on this price gouging!
