Worst customer service from the office manager; she lacks respect and manner and treats you bad once you are a person of color. I felt so embarrassed and disappointed working at this location. I bet she is gradually killing business at this location with this very bad attitude.

I checked it says it's open until 6:00 pm. Sunday I arrived and found this sign. They should clean it when the store is closed.🤷🏻♂️

I have been a loyal customer of FedEx (Kinkos) for nearly 20 years, consistently relying on your services for both personal and business needs. Unfortunately, my recent experience at the FedEx location on Pike Plaza Road in Indianapolis has left me deeply saddened and disappointed.
During my visit, I witnessed a completely overwhelmed employee , Micah, attempting to close the store alone while juggling check outs, printing and shipping for customers. His inability to manage the workload was evident when he told an immigrant family from Haiti that they would have to figure out the printing process on their own because he couldn't assist them. This family, who clearly needed much help due to language barrier, turned to me for assistance, and with the help of another fellow customer, we spent almost 30 minutes trying to support them.
As the closing time approached, with only five minutes remaining, I began working on my own printing tasks. However, the employee, in a hurried and stressed manner, shouted across the store that we needed to "wrap up". I explained that we required more time since we had been assisting other customers due to his inability to do so. I also expressed my empathy towards his situation. His response was a firm "no," without any consideration for the situation.
To add to the frustration, a shipping customer arrived six minutes before closing, only to be met at the door by the employee yelling, "Please leave, we are closed." Despite the customer's desperate plea for service, he was denied. Unfortunately, the large item he was attempting to ship was dropped off on a truck. he was unable to fit it in his vehicle.
As a long-standing customer, I am deeply concerned about the declining standards of service at this location. This FedEx store is an important part of our community, and it is disheartening to see it in such a state. I sincerely hope that management will take action to address these issues and restore the high level of service that FedEx is known for.

This place is hit or miss. Sometimes it’s great and helpful service and other times employees couldn’t care less. I’m going to look for a different location though.

Micah, the assistant manager, was so rude. He had a temper and was hostile, when asked a simple question. He has no customer service skills. I will not be returning here.

If I could have given a DOUBLE ZERO I would. It is always something with this location. I spend about $2000 a month printing abs shipping and it never fails with them. They are rude lazy unknowing of their machines and overall unconcerned about the customer experience. Just drive 12 mins north and go to the 86th and Michigan road location you won’t regret it.

Very unfriendly and unhelpful staff. This location clearly needs more staff. 3-4 customers for 1 staff member just makes everyone annoyed and frustrated. It’s before 9AM so being chipper should almost be a given even when faking it!
