Why pay for overnight delivery with it never arrives at the time provided. Never able to speak with anyone. This is strike 3 for fedex. Good thing there are other options for this service. Never again.

online it said that it closed at 8pm, but showed up before 8pm and it was closed… I guess I recommend updating the hours on google.

I wish i could give them 0 stars. My order was out for delivery Monday and didn't show up. Then it was out for delivery Tuesday and never showed up. I've had better shipping from foreign companies.

I would give 0 stars if I could. Another AT&T customer that FedEx changed the shipment from delivery to pickup with NO NOTIFICATION. They give 5 days to pick up shipment without even notifying you they have changed to pickup. I just happened to check my tracking and see it said pickup over an hour away, and I have 2 days to get it before it's returned. I called tonsee if they could hold it for one more day and was told no. Poor service FedEx.
