Hopefully this gets the attention of the right person but delivery driver that delivers to the summit at keystone apartments, specifically on Wednesday July 30 is leaving packages and envelopes not only at wrong addresses but also in random places. Either in the middle of the hallway or in the middle of the stairs, etc. Not only has it happened to me but several other people as well in the same area. Fedex phone support is useless and I've tried.
For anyone reading this and going through. Do not have your items shipped bu FedEx but if it cannot be avoided, pay using a credit card and let your credit card fight it. It will be months but you will at least be financially reimbursed. FedEx will not help you

The printers are incredibly slow and the manager is impatient, rude, and has no regard for customers' time. Rather than fixing his mistake in printing, he opted to give a refund and shred everything that could have still been used.

The worst customer service of any FedEx in the area and it’s not close. As others have mentioned, the current manager is terrible. Rude, unhelpful, basically the exact opposite of the type of person who should be running this place. Won’t be going back.

I wandered in here with concepts of a plan and a lot of unknowns, and Daniel was extremely helpful and informative. Found exactly what I was looking for for custom business cards and company documents and got them all in just a few minutes, plus pricing ideas for the future. Good guy, great stuff!

Lynn is precious and tried so hard to help me out with a FedEx blunder. Yeah, 3 days of being told my TV will arrival on Wednesday... just to find out Wednesday morning via email that it will be Thursday. Good, glad I scheduled the day just to lose $500+ in sales a a dog barber during the holiday season. Mind you, I'm booked out until January 10th ... but hey, FedEx corp doesn't care if my family is losing money. Doesn't mind creating more stress at home during the season. It's fine! 🤣

Came to this location to ship my GenCon 2024 purchases back to myself, as predictably, my eyes for items were bigger than my luggage would have allowed. It was around 3:00 PM on a Sunday and the location with only one other patron in store. It was a quick and fast weigh and pack, and I got all my board games at the estimated time back home with none worse for wear.
Now I know, usually, print and shipping places aren't reviewed well in the area, I had been reading through the experiences of at least 8 different locations around here. So I took a chance, stayed positive, and was happy to have found a place that worked for what I needed.

My prints were completed on the wrong size paper and the manager told me that I made a “costly assumption” of how they would turn out (I do this twice a week so I know what I’m doing). He was not helpful at all and would only reprint them for me if I paid for the prints again. He was rude and condescending. Won’t return… not that they care.
