Great location plus they have a self serve kiosk now so I can get a receipt for boxes without waiting in line. Staff is efficient and friendly all the time consistently through the years. I've been well served by young Max and also another guy with red hair. Both are angels to me.

Can you please correct your Store Hours that are physically posted on the entrance door to your building, which is located on Broadripple St in Indianapolis?The door says the store is open on Saturdays from 8am to 8pm.But in reality, the store hours on Saturday are limited to 9am to 6pm.I needed to fax an important document and arrived at 6:45pm…bit it was locked up tight.Thank you

I went in with two packages that should actually go to UPS and post office. The young man help me tape up my parcels any ways so that it would be easy on me at the other locations. Fantastic customer service!!!!

I went there to print off some papers and the customer service at this location is horrible I wouldn't dare recommend nobody to go there ,He was horrible didn't to wont help ,helped everyone that came in after me,he shouldn't ask for the job if he was going to b horrible, in customerService,I WONT B BACK

Every time I'm in here somebody is arguing with the clerk about the service. I usually don't care because I'm busy doing my printandgo self-service solution but this time they got me. I went in for a simple two page print job and they charge me $.80 for the print job and $2.50 for the service of printing it for me. I said that I had already sent the code in advance and I could do it myself. Sean, whom I presume is the manager on duty, said "if you had done it on the website in advance I would not have charged a service fee but we have to manage the workflow so we charge an additional amount." The funny thing is there was not a single other person in the place and he was just standing there when I walked in. His total lack of care about my input shows a lack of corporate concern for the community, it's people and supporting training for its staff.

I would not use these guys to package any of your important products. They are inexperienced and do not follow the FedEx guidelines required to have your packages covered by their own insurance, even though they are an actual FedEx facility. Once they improperly package your item and it gets damaged or destroyed, expect your claim for damages to be denied because it was improperly packaged. This has now happened more than once and I can no longer trust this company to do what they are paid for. The most recent package was a high end computer part, which they only did 1 small layer of little bubble wrap and then some filler paper. They charged me over $60 in packaging for just 1 item and it was completely destroyed by the time it reached it's destination. The minimum requirements was 1 full inch of bubble wrap and hard foam... not even close. 100% loss plus the shipping, negative feedback from the customer and I have to pay to even get the item back. Bad packing job, poor service, bad communication and considered my fault for using them to package my product properly. I would highly recommend to use ANYONE ELSE.

Truly great experience every time I go in there. I have printed several projects here and all employees are able to help. Charles is very knowledgeable and professional. Lynn has helped me and she’s great. There are a couple other employees who have helped me and are very nice. Even when they’re busy I feel like they manage to take care of every customer. Definitely my go to store to print!
