Walked straight in no wait greeted friendly welcome Leah who helped me was great and treated me so nice because what I had to have been people probably do long like a daily or weekly basis and I don't so that was so nice of her so if you needed any of our services this was a great place to go

Wonderful customer service! Jay & Tanner were INCREDIBLY helpful. My colleagues and I had a last-minute job for a conference and the staff did an amazing job of fulfilling our needs! Very grateful for this store and team!

Staff should work on being more friendly and transparent with customers. Went in today to print a few Pdf’s on the self serve printer. Asked for assistance and got a whole 5 second explanation. Figured it out and received code to print. Error popped up saying see associate. The lady came from behind the counter and said well it’s password protected. I informed it was not and she walked away up to the front counter yelling at me wanting to know my code. I walked up there and gave her my code and she printed. She then rang me up and I asked what the service charge was for and she explained it was a fee they charge to print behind the counter. It it were password protected how could she print and why didn’t she tell me they charge the fee. What a scam!

The store was clean and well stocked. The staff members Jeff, was very friendly and listened to what I wanted. I will use the location again. Great customer service!!

It seems rare lately to have such seamless and courteous service but these guys always do a great job!
Brent greeted me when I walked in, helped me promptly with a receipt for my package as he asked “how’s your morning going?”. Something so simple helped brighten my Monday morning. Thanks for making my trip to FedEx easy!

This place is garbage. Shipping 2 empty mags back to SIG seemed to be an issue for them. No amo, no firearm just magazines. If it takes 2 people ( an employee and manager) and 2-3 handbooks to make sure you can ship an empty mag, you’re in the wrong business. I’ll also be reaching out to sig with this issue and hopefully they change their shipping provider.

This location is very organized and cares about their customers. I needed a mobile order to be done earlier than the posted time, and they were happy to accommodate my needs by doing it immediately.
