Staff are horrible I don’t think they like their job or want to help the customer the chubby women with the short hair have really bad attitude the short guy act like he don’t see me or want to help don’t go there really awful experience

Meanes place on town. Don't spect smiles or welcomes definitely unhappy workers. Don't ask for help helping us their biggest frustration.

Thieves! Dropped off a $3k ring to be shipped. It magically disappeared. Never made it into the system. They refused to help me. The only recourse is to take them to small claims court.

Super rude customer service. The lady at the counter was a chubby white lady with short purple hair. she was super rude and condescending the whole time. Just started the encounter by antagonizing me and saying I was standing at the wrong counter, as if I was just supposed to know which counter to stand at. She continued to be bossy and unprofessional. She needs to be fired if she can’t be nice to customers

I'm very behind in writing this review but I had the pleasure of working with Kenny at this location well over a year ago. He was such a friendly and helpful man who also happened to be an Indy transplant like myself. If you need to send anything via FedEx, Kenny at this location is your man!

I visited this location to print my son’s preschool graduation invitation. The store was organized, and I was done quickly without needing staff assistance. I’ll definitely return and recommend it to others.
Their hours are convenient:
Monday–Friday: 8 AM – 7 PM
Saturday: 9 AM – 6 PM
Sunday: 12 PM – 6 PM
Easily located on W 86th Street.

This was by far the most unprofessional service I’ve encountered. Despite a busy line, I waited for five minutes while two employees at the counter ignored me entirely. I strongly advise against visiting this place—you will not feel welcome.

I was there just today, desperately had to print something off and arrived about 15 mins before close to do so. Their retrieval codes must have been glitching because they were taking forever to arrive (I tried three different emails), so I was waiting so that I could print and I notice they have a port for a usb & ran out to get my USB cord from my car. While I did so, some chick with pink hair who worked there locked me out (even though she knew what I was doing because I told her) in the three seconds I took to grab the cord from my car.
Total jerk. She should be fired. So rude. So unhelpful. It would have cost her maybe an extra minute or two of her day to save mine by letting me back in to print a 3 paged document.
Absolutely appalled. Fire or demote her.

Seriously the worst customer service. They watched me trying to carry two large boxes while opening a door and didn't even attempt to help me. I also didn't speak two words to them and the only reason I knew I was finished was because he gave me a thumbs up.

This was my go to location for FedEx. After the experience I had today I will no longer be using this location. A representative by the name Bo was very rude me and my family. We went in to get passport pictures taken for my 6 year old and she started of with "I don't know if she will be tall enough to reach the with background." My daughter was tall enough to reach the white background. She proceeded to give us attitude about the whole entire process. The store was not busy at all.
Her issue was, 1) she did not want to provide that service to us and 2) she did not have the patience to take passport pictures for a child.
After not getting good pictures for the passport requirement she suggested for us to go to the post office to have them done.
I said, thanks and left!

The assistant manager Bo really needs some kind of training on how to speak to people!!! Caught an attitude with me out of nowhere when I was being polite.

According to your employee, its impossible for you to look up a shipping label without a copy of the shipping label. Well if I had a copy of the shipping label I wouldn't need you to look it up, would I? So basically this guy said that UPS can do something that FedEx cannot, since UPS has no issues looking up a shipping label when I give them my information. This is the last time I'll visit this location!

Amazing! Called this morning with an urgent request to have a cover replaced on 8 already coil-bound books. The gentleman I spoke to was extremely helpful and was able to accommodate my request very quickly!!
