I stopped in over the weekend to drop off a couple of packages and just wanted to say how impressed I was with how friendly and courteous the staff was! Robert was working that day and did an incredible job—he was patient, kind, and balanced helping multiple customers at once so no one had to wait long. Huge shoutout to him and thank you for hiring such a great team!

I had no issues going in and doing what I needed. But the customer service for the two ladies was so poor. No welcome in, can I help you with anything, no have a nice day. Omg I should apply to get that great customer service. Today is December 14 I arrived at the store around 9:40 I believe. Who ever the two ladies were need training from that younger girl that works there and the older man. They were great when I came in there a few weeks ago. I felt like a ghost.

Best FedEx store in Indianapolis. Have never had any issues, staff goes above and beyond expectations. Great customer service. You will not be disappointed.

Went in to ship a 36x24 wooden plaque to Texas. The lady was super nice. She told me it would cost $350 to ship it which included the price of the box and packing it. I ended up buying the box (which is way too big, almost the size of my car!), cut it down to size myself and shipped with UPS for only $30. I just don’t understand why it would cost so much through FedEx. Maybe the staff needs better training on box sizing.

Ordered some print items online and the quality was terrible when I picked them up. Save time and money and use Vistaprint instead and get better quality at the same time.
