Store hours say they open at 9am during the week. At 10:30a today, they still were not open. The sign on the door says this store is closed.

I was charged $175 to send my package and it has not arrived. Poor customer service and I wasn’t event sent a confirmation. Don’t ship anything w/ FedEx.

Tried to charge me $40 to scan a 40 page document (front and back) and email it. I scanned it myself and required zero assistance or supplies from the business and they was to charge $40 to do a 90second scan and send a singular email. Greed at its finest. It would be cheaper to buy a used printer/scanner for this one time need then to go here.

Thank you to Alexander for his great customer service. He helped my 76-year old mom get her package out with such great care. We hope leadershp recognizes this gem they have for his service to all customers and bust especially to the elderly clients. We hope to be a customer for many years to come. I walked in and was immediately greeted. Alex told me what was best for my printing needs. I thought it would take a while. I went to the restroom and when I came out it was ready and waiting for me. I told him I was shocked it was that fast. I will probably be back tomorrow! Lol I have more things needed for my baby shower. Since it was that easy I will happily pay for the other things I need done.

I shipped a package internationally. Alex the manager put the custom documents in the pouch and set the package aside for pick up. The custom papers must have come out because the package came back to me a week later stating that the custom documents were missing. I re printed the documents took the package back, they put a new pouch on and taped it well. Rather than creating a new tracking number they sent the package out with the same old one. I get a notice later that the package is being sent back due to dual tracking numbers. Alex tells me that it is not their problem now. FED EX customer service says they can't do anything. So now I am unable to satisfy my customer because no one at the FED EX station is willing to help fix a problem they created. It is now going on 3 weeks and I can't tell my customer when they will receive their package.

Paid $268 to have something overnited to Tn. They promised it would be there by 8:30 am. As of 11:00am it's still here in Indiana. I think a refund is in order. Will never trust them again.

Stopped by a little after 7 pm to ship a package and they were closed. Their website says they're open until 9 pm; I understand staffing challenges but you should at least make customers aware that your hours vary and to call ahead. Or just change your hours permanently and update the website.

I have always got great service at this place. Recently i needed to ship a fragile painting framed with glass, and I knew I could count on Evan to get it done. The client was very happy and so am I! Recommended!!

Im telling you if i could leave100 zeros i would because these 2 particular employees does absolutely nothing, and there good abt pretending like they busy so they dnt have to help you especially The young white long haired guy he never acknowledge you wen you go in the store especially if youre blk i usually visit frequently too handle business for a client i see after, i literally was in there last week and i walk down right by him so he could see mee which was down by the copier machine and he never looked up to ask can he help me and i was looking at the pc he was on and wasnt doing anything and i really wanted to leave but i wont be back anymore and also the blk lady tht works there never want to help either....i only want to say who would want ppl like them to be the face of the store its sickening no professionalism what so ever ,now i wil give KUDOS to the white tall slim lady very nice and pleasant, and also to the middle age short white man,very nice thts who needs to be the face of fedex...Fire the other 2 or send them to school to learn customer service skills...

Went in to print wedding invitations. I was literally asked if I owned a printer so that he didn’t have to deal with me. I drove 30 minutes to the store and left without anything printed because the man I spoke to created every excuse in the book to not help me.

Would rather buy my own printer. Print my own shipping label. Before I use this store again. Sat for 30 minutes waiting on a confirmation email that they assured would be coming.Have never had an issue like this with ups. Just thought I’d try this location out because it was closer.Staff was friendly. But I left frustrated.
