Nobody at the counter when I come in. As soon as she comes in she starts looking at my boxes for reasons to not ship them. This is completely asinine as they were shipped to me via FedEx but now they’re saying I have to call an 800 number to return them. The labels are on there. This is the third FedEx I’ve been to. Maybe if the interaction didn’t start with you tryin to find a reason to not ship then leave the room to get your boss I would have stood there and listened to whatever you were trying to say. Clearly your job is not tied to performance and is about filling specific quotas.

FedEx is just horrible as always. The entire system is so dumb and illogical. They employ incompetent people on call lines who barely speak English and generally are either liars or do not know what they are talking about. I had an urgent international package delivery. I get a missed delivery door tag on May 6. I call the automated service and it says my package was lost. I call 4 real people asking to pick up the package but get different answers. Some tell me to go to this physical location, others tell me to wait another day, another tells me to wait at home as I won't be allowed to pick it up in person. I can't wait at home because they don't give a time except before 8PM. But I have to work... But of course they don't care. Apparently they had received my package on May 5 and tried to deliver it on May 6th at 9:53AM but I already went to work. They did not leave me any sticky note. On May 7th they came at noon and left me a door tag. Still a weekday and I am still at work! Duh. After the 3rd try they will send the package back. Ultimately I went to the store but they can't find my package because it was still on the delivery truck and it won't return before the store closes at 8:30PM. The lady working was nice and was able to get them to hold my package for pick up the next day.

Had the driver read the note on the door of the office that stated to text/calla phone number for the deliveries or KNOCK,I wouldn't have had to drive all the way down at the end of the day to pick up a very expensive refrigerated product that needed to be delivered on time!!!!! I wasted almost my entire day talking to customer service for FedEx who did absolutely freaking nothing aside from tell me that they reached out to dispatch to get ahold of the driver to redeliver same day (which they did not!!) and left a message. No one had followed up on it!!! Even 5 hours later, the only people that helped me were the front desk girl at the 90th street FedEx hub and a driver not within my delivery area that I stopped to ask what I should do on the way to the 90th street FedEx hub. I have never experienced such insane stupidity in my life. I hope the hell that FedEx gets their crap together. You don't have any managers, people..you have ppl who pass the buck and do zero!!!!. Thank you desk girl and out my area driver...very much.The rest of you were useless!!!

I needed to return an item to the distributor, and they handled quickly and efficiently. It is great when someone does their job so well that it gives you peace of mind.

So tired of them not even trying to deliver my packages. They’ll just keep rerouting it. My husband had to physically go to the facility to pick up a turbo for his car. They kept saying that they “tried to deliver” but nobody was home. I, in fact, was home and missed 2 days of work due to their incompetence and laziness.

Horrible time with this place. I had a package that needed signed for, but the driver that was supposed to be delivering the package drove straight by our apartment! I was sitting on my front porch waiting so that I made sure I was there to sign the package and he didn't even try! This is the second time that this has happened to both my roommate and I. Last time I EVER use FedEx for anything!!!

I go here for work almost daily. The staff always greets me with a smile, works fast and efficiently, and just makes my day so much brighter every time I walk in the door.
