We’ve been with this company for almost most 40 years. They definitely do not have loyalty for long standing customers. Ordered propane, was given a delivery date, week later no delivery. Called in, was told they’d look into the issue. No one got back with me. Called the next day, was told a driver would be out that week. Still no explanation or apology for their screw up. Anytime we have an issue, they don’t seem sorry or to really care if there was an issue.

Worst customer service ever. I contacted them today and got nothing from the customer service rep other than an automated response. They overdue on their delivery date and I am almost out of gas. I will be finding a new gas provider soon. I do not recommend anyone use them as a propane provider. You will be better off going elsewhere.UPDATE: I ended up running out of gas, they ended up 6 days late and then they charged me a leak check fee of $50 because it ran out. I'm not sure he ever even did a leak check, I was home when it was being filled.

This is absolutely ridiculous. My family and I have been in the cold for three going on four days now. Frozen pipes, electric bill through the roof due to space heaters, and no running water. All due to Ferrells negligence. We ordered gas almost two weeks ago as instructed when our tank hit 40%. E-mail states delivery no later than the 19th. No one showed up the 19th and gas went out. No explanation other than an email two days later stating it had changed dates to the 22nd. Guess what? If you guessed no one showed up with no explanation, YOUD BE CORRECT! I sat on the phone for 56 minutes waiting for someone to answer and oh so politely got disconnected. Due to it being after business hours. I even hit the emergency option. After reading countless Facebook posts regarding Ferrell I’ve come to the conclusion there are dozens of people sitting without heat due to this company. No one is answering. No one will fill their tank because it’s a different company. They took our money and have not received a product or explanations for any actions. My house is currently sitting at 28 degrees as we shiver waiting for a truck. I wanted to call to cancel and get our tank removed so we can be assisted by anyone besides them and they won’t even answer the phone. So now that we are $700 deep and waiting I guess we shall shiver. The amount of money I’ve had to shovel out to pay for blankets, space heaters, and electricity is insane and Ferrell gas is to blame. I’d be so happy to send you our plumber and electric bill as well as all of the supplies we’ve had to gather due to your poor service. I would go ahead and assume this company does not care about people or animals as our poor double coated dogs are shivering in these temperatures. If you love your family, enjoy necessities and don’t want the headache of frozen and bursting pipes, steer CLEAR of this company. Ferrell please give us a call as we’d like a refund, tank removal, reimbursements , and a cancellation of our membership. Absolutely terrible.Mind you, this is NOT the first time this happened. Back in December we paid an extra $150 for gas the next day, low and behold no one shows up and I was left on hold for an hour fighting for heat that WE PAY FOR!I will not email you or call you, you can reach out to us. So please don’t say to email your email or call, I’m done sitting on hold. Absolutely insane you guys are still in business with the amount of hate there is on Facebook. Meanwhile you post pictures of fun games and live music while children, adults and animals are relying on you for heat and you do not deliver.

Asked for delivery on 12/18. Was told 5-7 days. Received an automated call pushing our delivery out TWICE. Called again today, spoke to supervisor and was told we would get a call back today. No callback and still no delivery. Customer service is awful.

I’ve been a customer for 5 years really never had a problem until I placed with plenty of time for delivery 5-7 days (latest by Monday 20, 2023). Received an automated call on Monday saying delivery was pushed to Thursday (Thanksgiving). No biggie figured it would be Friday and I called to confirm. Customer Service couldn’t tell me when I would get delivery but they’ve all ready taken payment. Asked for a supervisor and was told they would have to leave a message and have one call me back. End of day no call, no show, no delivery. Will be looking for new service on Monday. No response needed you suck!

Their customer service needs improvement. Kind of slow and not the best at communication. When I had a bad customer experience, the district manager made it right but it was frustrating getting there.

NEVER HAD A PROBLEM B4 WITH THEM, WAS TOLD THE DELIVERY DATE WAS THE 16th called and wasn't even on a delivery Schedule,git the run around with them saying they would call me back doubt it. About ready to switch companies and ask for my money back.Horrible service.

I have been in contact with 10 different people since May 2 2023 in order to get a tank removed. Everyone has conflicting information on whether it needs a pumpout and it is May 30 2023, the tank is still on the property. It took 5 phone calls and 2 weeks for 3 people to put in orders to remove the tank only to find out I had to send an email to get a removal order in. Another week and a half and I had to contact our original salesman. Almost a week since then and still, nothings been done.If you can, pick another company.

Had delivery scheduled for 5/5 - no showcalled 2nd time for delivery - no showThey have computer problems, driver problems, scheduling problems and can give you no answer as to when you receive your product. ZERO STARS IF POSSIBLE. Still no gas 2 weeks later

Be aware of using Ferrellgas for residential propane. They upcharge like crazy and what was once a $12 annual rental for my tank was increased to $99 last year and now $199 this year! They have no regard for the fees they charging to rent a tank and a 100% increase is outrageous. I am taking this up with the BBB as price fixing because I don't know where there increases will stop!
