Complete scammers. I opened an HSA account but did not need to utilize it for a year due to no medical issues. I contributed $500- at the end of the year there was less than $100 left when I tried to utilize it. They had charged monthly fees for statement, inactivity, service, address change etc nearing $30 per month. I'm glad I checked the balance as I would have been going in debt with this bank over one year. When I inquired whether these fees are legal they responded that they are all in the fine print. This company is again a scam. Take your money elsewhere.

The call center seems to always be busy. I’ve had to wait 20+ minutes every time I call in. The staff is friendly but doesn’t seem to always know what they are talking about.

Customer service was excellent. Had to change my name and address on an account and loan. This was handled with ease. A few forms and signatures.

U have to have 2 ID to cash check after we being here 5times to cash check..They say bank they not supposed to do that ...don't bank here liar to u and everything

A lot to say but I'll try to be brief.- Do not read account notes before calling- neusaunse calls twice a week after already making arrangements- when insurance info was given, nothing was handled correctly or in a timely mannerA lot of my issues stemcrrkm one person who will no longer ve handling any questions, concerns, or issues that need addressed in the future. I won't say their name on here since they already know who it is I'm talking about.I do not recommend getting auto loans through this company

The automated phone line is horrible. Trying to get someone on the phone is even worse. Even when they do answer the phone they seem like they're not trained to do there job. I don't understand what the problem is. Why do I have to go through so much just to make a payment. On top of that I get charged extra for a convenience fee. SMH

They ran a hard credit check knocking my credit 15 points in November of 2021 just for opening a checking account, then told me it would bounce back after a few months, it has now been over a year. They are rude and defensive the multiple times I have called about it and different employees have told me they don't run a credit check just for opening a checking account. No one can give me a straight answer. Very glad I don't trust them with money or actually bank with them in any other way.

Have spent hours trying to activate a new card on the “24hr” activation line. Keep being told it can’t make the connection even when the teller attempted to call in it still said the same thing. I’m not trying to say it’s a bad spot but I’m most likely going to be switching banks altogether pretty much. It’s sort of boiling down to “if it’s not one thing then it’s another” just kind of tired of it considering this case in which I went into the branch to get a new card since the last attempt to get one mailed took about a month to even get there and when I called to ask I was told that apparently the order was never even put in. That is somewhat of an indicator to go ahead and switch over…

I thought banking with FCFCU would be fine, but I’ve encountered issues that are making me seriously consider dumping FCFCU. I’ve had 3 experiences … After banking with FCFCU since 2016 … earlier in 2022 a mobile deposit was rejected with a note that the name didn’t match …I was married in 2018 AND brought all documents to FCFCU to complete the name change, but 2 years later, despite carrying a debit card with my married name on it, suddenly they don’t have records of my name change. What is MORE insulting is FCFCU demanding I bring documents in AGAIN, because FCFCU lost the copies from my initial name update. That’s 2 strikes already ❌❌ This week my husband completed a mobile deposit that FCFCU rejected because the check included a check box to mark for mobile deposit, but they DEMAND that he hand write ✍️ FOR MOBILE DEPOSIT as they REFUSE to recognize the ✅ checkmark in the box stating FOR MOBILE DEPOSIT. That’s the third strike for our family. ❌ I noticed FCFCU has 2-stars on Yelp… and it appears we are just 1 family in a long line of unhappy customers.

Their fees are excessive and aggressive. Particularly their overdraft and "courtesy pay" fees. Only bank here if you are rich and there is never a chance of your balance being low, because they will make it lower.

The other day a charge for $5 came through. I did not realize that my balance was less than that. That's on me, but I can't stop thinking that If that charge had gone through any of my other banks or financial institutions, the attempted charge would have been rejected for insufficient funds, I would have been notified and given the opportunity to fix it. This bank, however, paid the $5 expense and assessed a $35 "Courtesy Pay" fine, also known as an overdraft charge.Banks charged $12.4 billion in overdraft fees in 2020. Overdraft fees cost Americans over six times as much as burglaries each year. I encourage FCFCU to find another way to make a profit.

This credit union is the absolute worst. I had the worst experience while attempting to get my car title. So much misinformation was giving at the cost of my time. This has been my most frustrating experience of the year. I do not recommend this credit union.

This is one of the worst financial institutions I've ever dealt with. They consistently make banking with them difficult, but they are quick to take your money. Customer service is horrible. Rules for this, rules for that, but might not apply this time, etc. A bunch of garbage. I'm moving my accounts elsewhere. The only reason I ever used them was because there was a branch inside the building where I worked. Guess I got what I deserved for being lazy. Convenient location does not equal QUALITY BANKING!
