I have spent over $10k at finish line in the last couple of years. I recently placed an order for a pair of shoes only to find out the order was cancelled but I was never notified and did not receive a refund. When I called customer service they stated the shoes weren't available any more but I told them they still show available online. The person then hung up on me. I called back and they offered a $10 coupon and told me they are available now. I will not be spending any more money at finish line ever. They were about the only place I purchased shoes at. Way to lose an A-list member finish line. Just ordered them again through Foot Locker. Have Sam reach out if he wants to keep my business.

Security Mall Finish Line is horrible we got the girl at the register on her phone made cause she got to work at work…She was calling After Pay and because they had her on hold for 5 mins .. She tells me that she can’t complete the return.. So I ask why u can’t hold until someone answers.. she said u can call.. I asked aren’t you at work!.. She said what u want me to do! I said your job .. They had no customers.. 3 employees and nobody wanted to call and hold.. She goes in the back .. I ask for the manager and the guy says she is the manager..😂😂

Their store sold me shoes in the wrong box at the wrong price. It took hours of my time over 2 months to get send a return label. They've had the shoes for over 2 weeks and have intentionally deprived me of the shoes or a refund that they promised would take 2-3 days.
They do not return calls or emails and clearly do not want to return the money they owe me.

My experience is similarly to Austin's. I paid for 2 pairs of nikes and received flip-flops in December I mean really. I had to return the flip-flops to get the shoes I paid over 200 for. It's been a month and I get same story. I have to return the wrong item then it has to b processed 7-10days. Then they will ship them 4-5 days. I returned the item and I'm still getting same bs answer. It's been so long I doubt they even have them now. Hell I could've gotten a refund by now . I bought the 2 pairs because they finally had my size and were on sale. Don't buy anything online they will screw it up and keep your money and shoes sale them again. I wouldn't even go to store and buy shoes ever again. Noone i know will either...going to foot locker from now on...

On December 13, 2024, I placed an order for Nike shoes for my 12-year-old daughter on the Finishline website. Immediately after submitting the order, I realized I had entered the wrong shipping address.
I immediately contacted Finishline customer service by phone and was met with utter indifference. They flatly refused to allow me to change the shipping address or cancel the order, insisting I contact UPS.
UPS informed me that Finishline had placed restrictions on the order, preventing any address modifications and even prohibiting me from picking up the package at a UPS Hub.
I spent days and countless hours attempting to rectify this disastrous situation, all to no avail.
To add insult to injury, during my final desperate call to Finishline, the customer service representative abruptly hung up on me.
This experience has left me absolutely disgusted with Finishline and JD Sports. I will never, ever do business with either company again and I will ensure that all my friends and family are aware of their abysmal customer service and complete disregard for their customers.

On the 24th of November 2024 I purchased a pair of sneakers. The store did not have a size 6 in boys, it had to be ordered. I made a $50.00 payment at the the store, the associate also made sure that they had the right address. I called a couple of days later to find out that the shoes were never ordered. The associate that picked up the phone could not help me, recommended that I call the 1888 line. I asked for the associates name that helped to make sure I was not being scammed, they refused to give it to me. I asked to speak to a manager at the store which never happened. I am now out of shoes and money.

I ordered 2 pairs of shoes for a Christmas gift. Mostly to receive free shipping.
3 days after order placed, I receive an update that says half my order is canceled. (No additional details) and my card will be refunded the amount of the shoes in 5-7 business days. Frustrating yes, but I’m seeing that now I’ll be charged shipping because of this. No way to contact anybody. You call into the number and it says to visit the website. You visit the website and there’s nothing, but basic FAQ.

The worst company ever to order from . I recently placed a $780 order from finish line for Christmas . One of the pair of sneakers I had ordered I only received 1 shoe in the box . I called customer service the first person I spoke to a week and an half ago told me they had called the original store that had shipped the 1 shoe and they would ship the other express shipping to me . Fast forward almost 2 weeks after waiting for the other shoe that I never received I called the customer service number again and after explaining the situation to the person that took my call they explained to me that I had to return the one shoe and wait for them to receive it and then they would ship out the pair ?!!! Wtf so the first representative I spoke to almost 2 weeks ago lied ??! This is such a horrible company I regret ordering and spending my money with them u still have the 1 shoe that I now have to return and wait again which I will probably get AFTER Christmas because of their mistake !! Shame on this company I wish I could give it 0 stars !!!

I PLACED AN ORDER FOR TWO PAIRS OF SNEAKERS ONE ARRIVED NO INSERTS OR PAPER FILLING AND THE FABRIC WAS WARN BUT THE BOTTOMS WERE NEW SO MY ASSUMPTION IS THEY WERE DISPLAY SNEAKERS. I WAS PROVIDED A RETURN LABEL AND RETURNED THE SNEAKERS A MONTH AGO IVE SPOKEN TO 4 DIFFERENT REPS AND 2 MANAGERS THAT HAVE TOLD ME THE EXACT SAME THING, (MY ORDER WILL BE SHIPPED FOR 2 DAT SHIPPING AND SOMEONE WILL FOLLOW UP...AND NOTHING IS BEING DONE THIS IS ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE!

Extremely Disappointing Experience with Finish Line
If I could give no stars, I would.
I recently had a frustrating experience with Finish Line that I need to share. After ordering a pair of shoes, they arrived in poor condition, appearing as if they had been worn and tossed in an empty box. I returned them through FedEx to send them back to Indianapolis, but I have yet to receive my refund.
To make matters worse, they’ve blocked my phone number, making it impossible to communicate with them. The promised 5-day processing time for returns feels excessive at this point.
In contrast, I had an outstanding experience with New Balance earlier this year when I ordered a pair of shoes in March. The packaging was beautifully wrapped, and when the shoes didn’t fit, their return process was incredibly smooth and organized. They handled the issue promptly, and I appreciate their level of service.
This has been one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had with Finish Line. I do not recommend shopping there, and I am considering legal action if this isn’t resolved soon. I will certainly be ordering from New Balance again.

So Long Story Short. My wife bought 2 pairs of shoes from this company. Returned to the store to change the sizes. After the exchange, they gave her a bag with 1 pair of shoes. After realizing it when she got home, I reached out to the store manager. He can not help, so, I was forced to call corporate. After numerous phone calls, 10 emails, still no resolution. I am amazed that this level of customer service can still exist. I will be shorting their stock asap. This company cares not about the customer. Not a winning strategy.

Never again! This company offers discounted items, you buy them, get email after email updating, I was told items were shipping, then without Andy notice, order is canceled. Mailed me one t shirt at a time and canceled almost my kids entire school clothes shopping. We waited for days and then canceled. No calls back from customer care, even after my calls, messages and emails.
Very disappointing experience for the consumer. I’ll go elsewhere from now on.

Stay away!!! Went into the Holyoke mall location in mass poor customer service I waited for 45 min just to get the sneakers from the back to the front as I was waiting another employee made a comment to another co worker wow he’s slow and it’s not even busy . I asked for a discount for the long wait and the fact there was no sense of urgency once the product was finally at the counter to ring me out I was skipped 3 times however the young lady at the counter she can’t authorize any discounts only the manager can So I asked to speak with him he never addressed my concerns with me directly he asked her for what and he sucked his teeth and said no and walked away not away to treat a customer
