Finishmaster Springfield pa. Delivery driver smashed into my friend’s car in a hit and run (video evidence) left the scene and returned to Springfield location. Manager denied any responsibility and claimed none of his vehicles had any damage.(even after reviewing the footage. Police cited delivery driver for leaving the scene and their insurance will be taking the claim.....

Their columbus branch brian and scott need an attitude adjustment. They are very unprofessional and try to talk over you when you are just trying to get paint and get on with your day.

I have been a customer to you for years, as I use about 5-10k per month in materials, since the pandemic we had a running bill which we had to put on hold and pay COD for all of our products as every small business must be careful in order to stay open. Continuing to purchase thousands of dollars in supplies every week and pay for it all COD. Your West Palm Beach Location is Horrible.... First I walked in and stood there for for at least 5 minutes before even the 2 lady’s that were there even acknowledged me for being a customer. Then the lady who waited on me took her machine to my car to match the paint, but the paint didn’t match the color of my car and she refused to make it right after I came back with the part to show them. The female at the front once again refused to even acknowledge me, and when she did she stated “well that’s what the machine said the code was”. I can’t remember her name but she has long blonde hair,glasses and a mustache. This was my first experience with this company and will be my Last if this is the type of people I have to deal with

We went to the Lafayette,IN shop and received outstanding customer service. It took over an hour from walking in the door unsure of what we wanted to walking out with cans of paint. They treated us like they were picking paint for their own motorcycle. I simply can’t say enough good things about them!
