When I arrived at the store, I was treated like part of the family. The manager was very kind explained everything that they were doing to my car in a professional manner. I’ve been going to the store for years. I have never been disappointed.

i highly recommend this firestone auto care location , the manger is very friendly and nice, the mechanic is very nice too. I brought my car to this location today because Midas ( 4301 S East St, Indianapolis, IN 46227) stolen money from me and damaged my car when i paid them to replace my brakes , this firestone location manager and mechanic fixed the problem smoothly, i will keep come back here for any car issues. please don't go to Midas 4301 S East St, Indianapolis, IN 46227 unless you want those Midas crook damage your car. if you want a trustful and professional auto care shop, this firestone auto center location meet all your needs!

The manager is an absolutely wonderful person, me and my partner came in with problems we couldn’t handle, he talked us through solutions, and when everything left us with no options, he gave us what we need for what we had. He saw two kids struggling just to get by, and he reached out. And for that we will forever be grateful, you couldn’t want more out of a manager or business.

Everything was great until I requested that one of my old tires be mounted as my spare. As a previous reviewer pointed out, they no longer mount old tires, apparently even spares. They did unmount my old spare rim and sent me home with one of the tires, so that I could do it at home. I should have asked how they repair flats, is a new tire required every time? I'm 70yrs old, I didn't appreciate doing my own tire change.

They were quick and efficient. And the people there seemed to be in a wonderful mood. Made me feel welcomed and not like I was intruding on them as other places are apt to do. The place was clean too. Overall it was a really great experience.

I had to replace my tire due to a nail. I have all Firestone tires with all warranties. I also asked for a tire rotation due to I get it free having all Firestone tires. 1st I watched as they DID NOT rotate my tires. They only replaced my tire. Then during payment I asked if the price included my prorated cost due to warranty. He said it was on the invoice. Being that I can no longer get a PRINTED invoice (now I see why), I paid and walked out. I got charged for rotation and when I called about he said he could not reverse the charge cause he didn’t have the key. So he gave me a card for a free oil change. Looked closer later that night and realized there was also no prorated tire. I have been doing all my car repairs here for YEARS!! Never have I ever felt so cheated and upset with my service. Your place might be convenient by my house, but I think from now on I will be finding a more HONEST repair shop. And yes, this includes all the business I have brought to you from over the years.
