They couldn't find a 10+ pounds/week leak in a tire; said the best they could do was replace because I had the road hazard on it but couldn't give me a price "until they put it in the computer"; this went on for way too long just trying to get a price. When I finally said to do whatever, just get me a price, it was barely $50 off a new tire and there's hardly any wear on it. Took the tire to Belle Tire instead and they laughed and said aluminum and chrome wheels often get corrosion in the beads, we'll just dismount it, clean it up, and you'll be set. Belle Tire didn't even charge me for it.

I had a water pump installed at Firestone in brownsburg I had to keep bringing the car back 4 or 5 different times. It kept leaking antifreeze I tried to tell them it was the water pump a bad one they had put on so I took it to speedway Firestone they were the ones that confirmed it was a bad water pump they put on so I will never use brownsburg Firestone again be aware..speedway ordered a water pump from Chevrolet OEM!!!!

Firestone in Speedway is not a complete care. Monday I took my car in with check engine light on. They charged me a diagnostic fee, sold me a battery. Parked the car till the next day. Check engine light came on same problem. I called them today and was told to take it to a dealership. They couldn't fix it. The code was agh something

I go to this location because it is the closest to where I live and it is difficult for me to make appointments during the week due to my work location. Almost every time I have scheduled an appointment, I almost immediately get called and get asked to come in at a different time or am told that they can't do something that day. The most recent visit I scheduled an oil change, and tire rotation and alignment for 9am.i get there and advise that I need to wait for the vehicle and am told that it might be quite awhile because there was no technician there and the employee working stated that he didnt know when the tech would be there. In the mean time, I have paid for the lifetime alignment and rotation and I get asked all sorts of questions about where it was bought because they didnt see it on the account but could see that it was completed on the vehicle before. But that he couldn't keep giving out free stuff. I'm there for a service and I am just trying keep up maintenence on my vehicle. Now, his tone was not rude but I also don't expect to play 20 questions about something I have paid for when I am trying to service my vehicle. I even offered to show him the invoice from where it was bought because it was purchased in a different state. It just seems like this location really struggles keeping staff because everything I have gone here it is NEVER any of the same employees.

Terrible service at this place, 3:10pm
I just need to fix a flat tire and they told me I have to wait like 3 hours to see if they can fix it and in the waiting room they only have 2 people waiting, 3 hours to see if they can fix a flat tire!! smh this place!! Really bad service!!

My car is been repaired from firestone for the past nearly 18 years until today .this is the worst of the worst, the heavy set Caucasian guy was rude on the phone, I had an 8:30 appointment, later in afternoon, they couldn't even remove the oil filter for the change ,but he said that I was rude,when he is the one who was ,I'm thinking if I should seize business with firestone. Bad service, very bad service

Took my car in cause my tire was slow leaking. Firestone let me know it was due to a cracked wheel. Left it with them with the knowledge it would take a couple of days. Tried calling in a few days later and could not get an answer on the status of my wheel repair over the phone. Had to come in to find out they hadn't even started on it. After 4 days finally got my wheel back, just to find it was not the cracked wheel and my tire was still leaking. Will not use Firestone again.

Went in to day ,ask if they still check air and could air up my tire,? The dude "Heavy set Caucasian Man.Said "Some Days We Do Some Days We Don't .I was taken aback.I had been going there for years.Getting this service,work right across from there.I even tip for air.WOW horrible customer service.No stars.

I made an appointment for a wheel alignment on Saturday at 2 PM several days in advance. After making the appointment, I got an email saying they moved my appointment to 3 PM. I rearranged my day to accommodate that. Then, when I get there shortly before 3 on Saturday, the person at the front desk tells me it will probably be at least 1.5 hours, since the only technician working that day was on lunch break. This already annoyed me a little, because they moved my appointment to that time, then the technician wasn’t even working then. But I accepted it and left. About 20 minutes later, I get a call telling me that the technician had an emergency and they couldn’t do my alignment today. They wanted me to leave the car and pick it up the following morning, which I couldn’t do since I had no easy way of getting home without it. And I should not have to leave my car overnight for a standard alignment. It just annoys me that I made an appointment, which they then moved, only for there to be no technician on duty and for him to then leave and that they didn’t offer me anything for dealing with that.

Made an appointment a 1 1/2 early to be told I wasn’t on the schedule. Rescheduled for the next day with a two hour estimate to be told on day 2 I would have to leave my car. This store doesn’t know what is doing Would in no way recommend. Lost two days of planning and wasted a lot of gas to not get service

Most unprofessional tire place ever! Was told it was better to make an appointment and I did for 1 pm today. Mind you I had a simple repair that would probably take less than an hour. I called repeatedly and they kept giving me a line that it wasn’t approved and Hertz had it approved long time ago. They simply did not update their screen. So it is 5:45 pm and last time I called I was told it was approved 30 minutes ago even though I personally had Hertz maintenance call them to update their system. There is no point in making an appointment and these people only know how to make excuses. Excuses don’t get the job done they only show your laziness and incompetence!

Came in for an emergency flat repair close to the end of the day. Got squeezed in, tire was beyond repair so a new tire was installed and was able to drive the 250 plus miles home safely. The entire team rushed me in and out to get me home at a decent hour. When I need tires again I will take a mini vacation just to buy them here! The service and employees are the most professional and caring I have run into in a very long time.
