Look you get what you pay for. Their products aren't bad, but they aren't the best either. That being said, tons of different items. Great candy selection, as well. You can find a lot of things here in a pinch & for a fair price.

Unfortunately with the clientele constantly trashing the place, the employees bouncing all over the place to clean up after them.

I asked the cashier for 4 gift cards with a reciept for each one. She told me she had only worked there for 4 days and couldn't do it
I asked if she could get help . She ignored me. I said oh did you figure it out. I need a reciept for each one. She handed me the cards and one reciept for all of them. I told her for the third time I need one for each card as they are for four different people. She said she only worked there for four days and couldn't do iti
I asked for my money back. She told me she couldn't do that either. I asked to speak with a manager. She said my manager is busy. She then walked away. Two ladies came to the front. One of them got behind the register the other stood with her hand on her hip and rolled her eyes. I told the lady behind the register what I wanted. I was told she couldn't do that. I again asked for my money. I asked if she was the manager. She said that she was and I made her employee cry and she told me not to shop in her store. I said that won't be a problem. The lady with her hand on her hip yelled and pointed at me saying yes and I'm her Mom and you made her cry. She is just a child and has only worked here four days. I said that's why I asked if she could have someone show her how to do the transaction. The lady goes on to say that I needed to go back there and apologize to her to her daughter. I said that wasn't going to happen. She then pointed at the door and told me get out of her store. This was my first and last time in the store at Castleton Indiana! If I could have rated a 0 stars I would have done so. I have called and issued a complaint with corporate.

Mind you they were 1/2 full and we ate in .... My burger was good but slapped together and lukewarm at best. My cheese wasn't even melted. The other burger was fine though. The table had to be cleaned so we could eat there. Every table but 1 was dirty as well as the floor. They have 'Simply' lemonade on the menu board but it's Minute Maid (yes very minor but I'm sure Simply wouldn't approve of it). Bring back the Five Guys we used to enjoy eating at. I think I was seen taking pictures of the tables so someone came out and started wiping them down. As we went to clean our table off there was no trash can. I asked up front and they acted shocked and went to get one because they took it when she was cleaning ????
