The building looks nice. I have not been in an apartment. Restaurants located on the first level are the only places I have visited.

The apartments are amazing and in the heart of Fountian Square. Maintenance request are always done quickly and correctly. Todd and his team are personable, responsive, and very easy to work with. Highly recommend this apartment complex!

I've really enjoyed living at Forte and have no complaints. The apartments themselves have nice floor plans, standard amenities, and the location is prime. The property management is next level, they really have their stuff together, and value tenants. Vince, the Maintenance Director does a great staying on top of maintenance requests and is super friendly. Unfortunately, I had to break my lease early and they were super accommodating. Highly recommend Forte and any of the other Deylen properties!

I have had the worst experience renting from this apartment building located in Fountain Square Downtown Indianapolis. They overcharge, lie, and steal from their tenants. Very cheap amenities that they claim to be upscale. I highly encourage you to read this review and do your homework before deciding where to find a place to live around Indianapolis. Look elsewhere and save yourself some time and money from the experience I encountered while living at this apartment building located in the heart of fountain square.

Great floor plans, rents are lower than similar apartments, you're in the heart of fountain square. Great views to downtown, a large patio/roof area and gargantuan closets.

Worst place ever! They claim that they are dog friendly, but once you moved in, they would find excuses and excuses to threaten you and your dog. And there will be no facilities for your pet, no dog parks, no dog waste station, nothing dog friendly. BTW, they charge $25/month dog fee and they offer your dog nothing but threatening to remove your dog out of the property.To the property managers: If you guys hate dogs so much, don’t tell the public that you are PET FRIENDLY!!!!
