I love Forum Credit Union. I was with Chase, but switching to them has made banking better for me. I've had great experiences with the loans department. They get with you quickly and have helped me find my best options. This location itself is in a very busy area of Greenwood so the access road is a little wacky, but I've come to expect that anywhere I go in this town. The tellers were great the few times I've actually had to go inside. Definitely would recommend to others!

This locations outside atm machine ALWAYS has issues!!! Last 3 times it had error codes and kept spitting my card back out. And now tonight i pull up to the ATM, and the screen is pitch black and not functioning. Forum is full of it.

Absolutely love Forum. The customer service is always top notch here, the overall experience is great. No regrets on leaving PNC after 12 years to move to Forum, best decision we made.

Every visit is a great experience! I like VIP treatment and I'm never disappointed. The staff are very polite and professional. My philosophy is to be nice and you get the same treatment back! Thanks Forum team for exceeding my expectations as a customer.

Originally set up an account online then had to go in to fill out additional paperwork. Super helpful and friendly service. Received an email once the account was successfully completed. The Teller, Lisa also called to notify us and see if we had any additional questions or needed any further assistance. This was after a bad experience at a different credit union. Definitely recommend on customer service alone!!!

So I would first like to point out that I made this Yelp specifically to come here and write a review about FORUM Credit Union. This is the worst bank I have ever banked with. I have had a multitude of problems with the staff and how they have mismanaged my money. First problem was I had an issue with an overdraft (and the hundreds of dollars in overdraft fees that they charged to my account), I took the amount of cash that was needed to correct my overdraft fee to a teller inside the bank, I placed my cash into the bank tellers hands, I want to say her name was Trixie or something(at the greenwood location on 135), the bank teller then told me my money would be deposited into my account to correct the over draft fee. Well, long story short she never did that and my money was stuck in limbo somewhere. I had to call the branch up north and argue with two different women about where my money had gone. Finally, they found it and applied it the overdraft on my account (something I thought had been done months prior). Fast forward to today, i am on furlough because of COVID-19. So I call Forum to see if they are assisting their loyal customers who have been financially hit by this pandemic. I learn that they are not helping their customers in any way shape or form, and of course as always, the customer service absolutely terrible beyond belief. Anytime I talk to these people I have the overwhelming sense that none of them know what the hell is going on. Cut your loses and don't bank with these clowns. I genuinely hope they see this too

Got a car loan through the Honda dealership down the road. Weird ways of paying bill in that you have to go on line to print out your payment coupons, and after a while even that didn't work, then old coupons would have to be photocopied and the date changed...odd! Loan was finally satisfied and we were told in two or three weeks we would receive the title....six weeks later we have no title for the vehicle. Go to this branch to see where the title is and documentation showing the loan is satisfied with no Lien remaining on the vehicle. Told you normally don't get copies of the loan papers showing it's been paid, but the title was mailed the day after the loans final payment was made. We were given a notarized letter stating the loan was satisfied that could be used to get a duplicate title. Went home and got on the BMV website to see if we can get a title that way, and the site stated there was a Lien on the vehicle and it would be mailed to the lender. I guess now we get to go to a BMV branch and hope the notarized letter will allow us to get a title (at an expense we shouldn't have to bear), not to mention the frustration factor. If the BMV still has to mail it to the lender, more headaches in store...stay tuned.

The new female teller I believe her name tag said Danielle.. The young lovely one with big hair... Anyway ,she gave me the most pleasant ,professional and very informal experience I have ever had at a bank while keeping a lovely smile the whole time... She should be used as an example of excellent customer service...

I've used this branch for thirty years. The employees are always nice. The loan department is great to work with. Even in my twenties getting my first auto loan, the loan officer explained everything to me, knowing it was my first loan, so I would understand how the whole process worked. We've gotten several auto loans with them over the years and recently got a Home Equity loan. I worked with the home office on it, then had to go to Indy southside location to sign one set of papers. The whole transaction went well.
