This clinic helped me understand my options and gave great advice after a stray cat gave birth on our back porch! They were very compassionate and helpful. If we ever get a permanent pet, I'll try here first.

I have tried calling this vet numerous times to try to schedule an appointment. Never once have they answered, nor called me back. They must not need business very badly. If they treat humans like that I can only imagine how they handle fur babies.

I have nothing but good things to say about this vet. My dog had an urgent situation and they got me in same day, and took very good care of my dog, she is a very anxious german shepherd so she is very difficult at the vet and they handled her perfectly. Prices are fair. They will be my new vet from here on out.

Long story short, they wanted to charge $200/month for some medicine my dog really didn’t need for some weird condition they diagnosed him for. I took my dog to another vet and they said as long as he’s behaving normally he’s fine, so they saved me a ton of money and worry. Franklin Falls holds your pet all day whenever you drop them off in the morning and sometimes we didn’t get our pet back til 11 pm. Took my cat to get a rabies vaccine and they said she had a lump in her stomach, and wanted to charge $400 for an x-ray. Human x-rays don’t even cost that much!! Overall, they just seem money hungry. Went with another vet and haven’t had any issues like this.

You know I tried very hard to get a pet in there who was sick they told me very quickly they weren't taking new patients and they were supposed to return my phone call and never heard from them I don't really feel that their service would be that what my pet needs.

Very disappointed in this clinic. I have been a client for a long time and paid every service in full only to not have my calls returned timely. It is like a great favor to me when I am given drop off appointments (which cost extra). Then when I am given medication and told to call for a refill, my call was NOT returned timely so this antibiotic that is required every 12 hours isn't given and he backslides (as expected). I was told I need to pay for another appointment and be forced to pay for an expensive injection, and that if I am not willing to do that for the exact same skin infection that I need to find a new clinic.I have never had a vet office tell me to complete a course of antibiotics and then get angry when I follow instructions and request the refill and demand another visit! I don't appreciate being lied to or milked for money at the expense of my dog who is suffering to have to restart treatment because the medication wasn't refilled as prescribed.Money seems to matter more than my pet. I was told the doctor is too busy to speak to me by Erin. I hope she knows you tell people to call for refills then invite them to never return as a client when they do! I have not had any issue with the doctor herself, but her staff speaking to me on her behalf have been unprofessional and make demands on me that aren't appropriate. At their recommendation, I will be taking my dog and my money to a clinic that returns calls and completes a course of treatment that was recommended and paid for in full.

Service is becoming a joke. Your protocols for service/entry are not serving and protecting the customer. Called and put on hold for 15 minutes while you serviced customer that arrived after us, but walked up to the door. If you are going to not enforce rules don't have them. Had to call back to get service. Will be looking for next vet clinic. Avoid this clinic!

They will make you wait on hold for lengthy periods without telling you they don't accept new clients. I had a sick pet and waited for 25 minutes for them to tell me they don't accept new patients. They then said that they didn't have enough timw to say that they couldn't accept new patients. They were too busy.

I can't recommend Franklin Falls enough! We left our cat with them all day to monitor his blood sugar, and when I came to pick him up, he was strutting around the exam room like he owned the place! He wasn't scared at all and had made friends with the vets!

Our two dogs have gone to Franklin Falls for three years. The vet techs are always very friendly and helpful. Our dogs don't love going to any vet, and everyone there is so patient with them. When we first started going there I asked my aunt to check out some of our bills (she runs her own vet practice in northern Indiana - too far for us to drive), and she said the prices were very reasonable. We also checked out another vet in the area and weren't fans. We definitely found the best place for us!

I guess I’ll be the first with such a poor review and experience. Told me to bring our dog in at 8am and not to eat anything past 8pm the night prior. I brought her in for an exam and X-ray..no big deal right? Wrong. There was zero communication about the progress of my dog throughout the whole day. I called around 12 to see what the status was and they said they were behind and that she was “next”. I said ok, no big deal I understand. Fast forward to 640pm, I arrive at the vet to pick my dog up only to be told that “it’s been a busy day” and that she was next to be examined and sedated for the x-ray. What an absolute joke of an establishment from communication to professionalism and I would never recommend this place to anyone. So my dogs last drink of water and food was almost 24 hours ago which would extend to probably more like 26-28 hours if I would have let her stay with them. I would give this place ZERO stars if I could. Before the owner or admin attempts to respond to contact the office, don’t worry about it I already have a better Vet office that’s more than willing to take my dog and take care of her.

This vet clinic is the best! They took such great care of my dog and cat. Our dog, Osita, started visiting as a puppy and she had so many health issues- they were great with her. As a new pet owner, I called anytime something may have been wrong with my pup and they were always so nice and answered all of my questions and took such good care of Osita. Osita loved visiting the vet and would get excited the moment we pulled into their parking lot. I also have an elderly cat and they were so good with him. He usually hates the vet but actually barely fussed when he was there. They are super busy and sometimes run a little behind, but I think its because they are so good and everyone wants to take their pets there. We moved recently out of state and are so sad to leave the vet team there.
