Always warm and friendly associates. The store is always clean and faced and full. Also I'm thinking this produce for kids is a pretty cool deal.

I really only shop here because it’s super close to my house. I’m bummed that they only have self-check out. They used to have the most friendly staff who also took great care in bagging your groceries. Their prices are average and selection is pretty good co soldering it’s a smaller grocery.

Nasty! First off I was asked for $ by 2 charities as soon as I walked in, all prices nearly were wrong, sales listed were expired, the orange juice had expired it was bitter and after close look there had been a label on it before that was replaced, the fresh fruit was moldy when I got home and opened it, I dont worl here and a cadhier shpuld be an option, cashiers, forty something yr old managers acting 15, I am never coming back, oh and here's the best part of you have allergies, I bought chocolate cake made their that had peanuts in it, itbwadnt supposed to ! The store is filthy on floors, shelves, it's trying to be something it doesn't have the funding or capabilities to be.go to Kroger, eagle, Meijer, anywhere but here it's nasty and unsanitary. After talking to a coworker who had worked at that exact store she said they purposely take rotting fruit, veggies, meas and use them in repackaged items and baked into other things hence whynpeople got hepatitus from this chain

Nice store. Great parking. Staff is helpful. Prices are a bit high but not outrageous.

One of the few stores open on Thanksgiving. Also the cleanest and most stocked store I have ever seen on Thanksgiving. Most look like a mess with their shelves empty, but Fresh Thyme looked on top of it. Wouldn't even know it was a holiday.

Why is the Ezekiel bread almost 3$ more expensive than at Kroger? Robbery in broad daylight

Really solid selection of allergen friendly and vegetarian/vegan foods. Used to do a lot of weekly grocery shopping here for items that can be harder to find at Meijer, etc.

This grocery store is going downhill. You now need to use self-checkout the majority of the time if you shop in the early evenings. The staff just stand around and watch customers with full carts take 5x as long to scan and bag their own groceries. I have seen this numerous times and this alone is a major inconvenience, especially when there is no warning for when there will not be a cashier available to help. Secondly, their discounts are not marketed properly, and do not work half the time in the self-checkout. Strawberries were on sale for $1, I went to the self-checkout, they were not discounted. I called the helper over and she told me that if I wanted the discounted price, I needed to download their APP and get the COUPON. Like really? What kind of scheme is this? Not returning unless I absolutely have to. Kroger has a wider selection and transparent pricing, and I don't have to check myself out!

Fresh Thyme has been better, but has gone downhill in the last few months. It is no longer the exciting, inviting, and reasonable place to shop. Now I see spaces filled with pre-packaged, common items with unreasonable prices. I won't be there as often.

Sadly, there is no visible pricing info on any of their displays of (gorgeous!) watermelons & cantaloupes, or even the bagged avocados.

If you'd like to run a gauntlet of charity booths with very enthusiastic/borderline aggressive charity workers posted both outside and inside the store entry so that you're asked for donations when walking inside by two groups and then asked again by both groups as you walk out, this store is for you. If you have social anxiety like I do, maybe go somewhere else. Bummer.

Parking is a bit intimidating, but their produce is fresh and varied and shelves are well stocked.
