FS Houses is a legit and organized property management company. Tenants report a great experience from the easy tour to the end of lease, with no complaints. The managers are prompt, responsive, polite, and informative. Maintenance requests are followed through with courteous, punctual, and friendly service, often on the same day. Communication is described as epic. The online portal for rent and maintenance requests is excellent. While there can be a couple hiccups initially, service is attentive and problems are addressed right away. Tenants are very pleased and plan to use the company again, with some staying for multiple years.

I used this company and I will be honest, they are legit, organized, follow through with maintenance requests and are polite and informative whenever I called. I literally have no complaints from easy tour, move in, to my end of lease. I plan to use them again in the future. Wonderful company.
