Ok… I paid for a king size bed, box spring, frame and headboard. $1794.39In less than a month part of the metal frame breaks. I call the store for a replacement part. They send me to the factory on Franklin road to see Lori. When I get to Lori she acts like she has no idea what I’m talking about. After showing her pictures and the broken piece. She then tells me the part is unavailable. Then next she would just give me a whole new rail system for the bed. I said kool. It’s over 50lbs. I get it home and open it to find it’s the wrong rails completely. So a week later I call the store and they basically put it on the factory to replace the rails. And I would have to return the wrong piece. I paid almost two thousand dollars for this bed. Delivery and setup. I just want it fixed. They are playing the blame game…. Meanwhile my bed is broken.

I bought my mattress and bed platform over 3 years ago. I was able to try out the mattress and find the perfect Asian style bed. My bed is my favorite place to sleep. Thanks Furniture Discount crew. I appreciate you!

They kept giving me the run around after I paid for my table set, I ordered a black table set i come pickup they told me they sold it to someone else after I waited the 4 to 6 weeks already, so since they sold it I had to wait another 2 weeks. The salesman Austin was acting very clueless when I kept asking for the status of my tableset just standing around trying to look pretty instead of HELPING. Everyone attempted to help but THE PERSON WHO SOLD ME THE SET(AUSTIN). Then the day of pickup for my table i come in they open my box and took out the chairs because they were STILL BLUE and sent me to another warehouse down the street to get the black chairs. They will never get my business again VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND SLOW

Sold me a piece of trash they called a bed frame when I first moved here. They don't know what a bed frame is from the looks of it. Impossible to even hold a mattress on this thing. Go to literally anywhere else.

Got a dresser and bed frame from there. Delivered 3-4 months after I paid. Bed broke within a month and they will not return my calls about it. I call and than they leave me on hold and when I try to call back it says “welcome to Verizon wireless”. If anyone has corporate number please let me know

Please, do not do business with this establishment. I order furniture months ago. I was able to pick up the mattress. After, MONTHS I received a phone call from stating furniture was no longer in existence and I could pick other furniture but they were going to take weeks to get here. Decided to cancel the order and just keep the mattress.

I was told it would be delivered by a certain date it was delayed because product was not in warehouse. The 2nd date fo delivery I called and was told they are still waiting on the product, delayed it for a week and half total at this point. I then called and asked when was I going to get the call to make sure I’m home on the third delivery date and I was told I was not added on the delivery for that day because they tried to call several times and yet my call list on my phone doesn’t show that they called. Which in turn delayed my delivery date even farther out. Taylor was nice to me in the store until I made a payment and then she was very rude and always had an excuse for why they wasn’t going to deliver the furniture. IT WAS A MISTAKE TO COME HERE!!

Great place to buy furniture. And great customer service. Will buy again. But still waiting on delivery for product that i already paid for? I know they said the end of the month so I'm waiting patiently. ?

I came in after coming from yet another disappointing furniture store. When I walked in Mike was immediately ready to help, but gave me the space I needed to look around, but once he realized I didn’t find what I wanted, he told me that they had more options in the warehouse. At first I thought sure let me take a look probably don’t have what I want, then he immediately said this one looks like what you would like and I kid you not, it was the sectional chaise that I literally have been stalking at another store for weeks! He came to the exact piece of furniture that I have been wanting the whole time! I was super excited and the price was relatively the same, plus actually in stock! I highly recommend to come in, if you don’t find what you need immediately, Mike will be able to find it for you!

I ordered a big couch last year come to find out it didn't fit after waiting 6 months for delivery...6 months. I had to get a different smaller size of the sectional and they would not refund the difference in price only store credit which is ridiculous. A year later one piece of my couch is already sunk in.So I had $500 in store credit which I used to buy a desk since I work from home. 6 months later still no desk. Go somewhere else trust me! Can't wait to be done an over with them because I'll never go back!
