FYE is a cool place with a large selection of anime and pop-culture gear, a kind of store hard to find outside of Chicago. It offers all kinds of favorite things, from stuff to thingamajigs, and is described as a dangerous store for deal shoppers due to its sales. The store is generally organized, orderly, and easy to navigate for the amount of products, allowing customers to hold and experience items first hand. However, some find the store messy, with unfolded shirts and thrown around product that is overwhelming. Staff are noted as nice, but some employees pressure customers to sign up for a membership, which automatically takes cash from accounts every month. Other associates have been observed giving a stink eye or scoffing at small purchases.
Really cool place. This is the kind of store that would be hard to find anywhere other than Chicago, so I thought it was awesome to see it here. A large selection of stuff, organized store, and nice staff!
