I have been in twice, and both times I was blown away by the level of service the manager here brings to the table. I know virtually nothing about Warhammer 40k and have been very curious about it, so I walked into the store, and he had the patience to answer all of questions with the utmost professionalism.The second time I came in I had even more questions. We sat down and he showed me how to paint a model and how to pick out a custom color scheme. It was really an interesting process and he was clearly excited about demonstrating it. While I was there, several other customers came in and his enthusiasm in helping everyone was very refreshing.Lastly, he did not attempt to upsell me on anything that you wouldn't need. He listened, he made suggestions, but he never tried to make you get a bunch of things you weren't interested in and wanted to make sure you didn't regret anything you would purchase. I got the impression that comfort was the name of the game.Excellent individual at business.

Dan helped me with my 3D Saber hilt and getting some airbrush acrylic paint! I had to sand off the spray paint primer I used but it was totally worth it for the final product.

Got there fifteen minutes after opening, the front door was locked with a "be back" sign reading fifteen minutes ago. Waited half an hour. Due to other commitments I had to leave. Drove three hours to check them out.

Not knowing what kind of store this was, the staff was very helpful and knowledgeable on Warhammer and the history. I am looking forward to reading the book that was recommended.

Stopped in for the first time today and I cannot wait to go back! Dan the manager was a super nice guy, insanely knowledgeable and helpful as well. He was very welcoming and the store was a great layout! Can’t wait to visit more

Store was supposed to be open from noon to 4. Arrived around 1240 and it was still closed and there was no signs of it had ever been opened up that day. This was on a Saturday. When I called I only got a voicemail and nothing about the store being closed that day was posted. This is the second time that this has happened to me. I drove almost an hour to get there. This is inexcusable for a retail store. I will probably never return to this store. Then next closest store is an extra 30 minute drive but knowing that the store will be open during their scheduled hours is worth it.

They were listed as being open, but were closed in the middle of the day with nothing on the door as too why.

Highly recommemded for first timers to the hobby. Guy in charge has a real passion to teach and see what you do with what you buy, new and veteran alike.Still highly recommended for those interested in the hobby or want scifi/fantasy art projects.
