Terrible location …. I ordered a game online to the only location that showed available on a 15 mile radius. placed the ordered around 10 am and got an email saying thanks for my order. At 2 pm getting close to getting off work I call the store to get an idea if I would be able to pick up the same day. The guy that answered the phone stated everybody called off work and that he was by himself.He also said that he had the shipment in the back but was unable to have time to go check for my order and the store was really busy , he stated he would not have time to have my order ready that day. I told the guy no worries I understand and is not your fault, he said to wait for an email stating when order was ready. Last thing I asked was how long would they hold my game for it I was unable to pick up right away he said they had orders there that had been there “for ever”. At around 8pm I get another email stating that. my order was cancelled. I decided to buy this game at gamestop terrible mistake.

Store is small, not a big variety, prices are awful. The worker was polite, helpful, & nice though

Employees act like they don’t care about anything, and give you false information when they don’t know something. They wouldn’t take my order back after giving me false information that caused my order to be past their 15 day return policy. Take your business elsewhere. Terrible customer service. Unbearable stench in the air. The employee that handed me wrong information carries the stench of corporate greed, expired Mountain Dew, and decades of deodorant neglect.”

What are we doing? Used games cost the same as new games. Then, you give 3%of the original cost in trade-in value.

Sold my son Eldon Ring and rang him up for a different game. Would not give him a refund or exchange. The same guy who scammed him tried to do a trade where the game they sold him the night before was worth $30 less than the price he was charged. Avoid this scammy store at all costs. Do not recommend.

I went in there searching for Pokemon: Legends of Arceus, but the worker told me they were out of copies. Instead of turning me away, he suggested a plethera of other GameStops in the area that had it in stock, as well as Disc Replay. Friendly, kind, and personable staff!

They need more employees. I did not feel super safe at the mall. When we walked in there were four armed police officers handling a situation right outside the entrance closest to GameStop.

Randomly closed during open hours. Would have preferred atleast a sign saying what hours it will be open if its closed irregularly. No one even in the store to answer the phone. This happened to my friend on a different day as well and it was closed in the middle of the day when he went to pick up a game on launch day around 4pm

Store hours says opened Sunday up to 6 pm. But it's closed 4 pm for sure

Business was supposed to open at 10am, but decided to open sooner, should change hours due to this.
