This is literally my favorite location at Pendleton Pike and has the best service hands down I have ever experienced from a GameStop location. I've worked with Ashley multiple times. They has never let me down and always strives to provide amazing customer service. I'm so happy to have a pro membership with GameStop and so fortunate to have such a great staff location close to home. I encourage anybody who's looking for a system or a game or video game paraphernalia to purchase it. This location and more specifically from Ashley.

The power supply on my Xbox One went out. I called the store to see if they had one available. The representative let me know they had multiple in-store and the price was 24.99.I was very excited and drove to the store.When I got there I found a controller that I liked for $40.When I went to check out, the total was over $100. That was incorrect as $25+$40 does not equal $100.The rep let me know that the power supply was ACTUALLY 49.99 even though it was CLEARLY marked 24.99. He said it "must be an error with the price tag" but the 3 other power supplies all had the same price. I asked that he honor the price of the sticker, and the price I was given over the phone but he refused, saying "I am not able to edit the price of any item" when I asked to speak with the manager, he said "I'm the manager" and shrugged.After unsuccessfully trying to purchase what I needed at the listed price, I left and went to Disk Replay where I will be doing all of my business there from here on out.

Drove here for a funko that was in stock, get there and after searching all the shelves the person behind the counter found it hidden behind the counter and politely explained that the assistant manager often hides funkos there until she can pay for them. This is not good business practice and im seriously reconsidering dealing with a game stop at all now

Came here for a major release, was in line and was told the store was out of copies. Spoke to someone I met there outside of the store and 5 minutes later the guy came outside and said there were more. Apparently the extra boxes of copies were in the back.That’s either some bad management and or incompetence.Service was eh too. Plus only one person was working, felt like it should’ve been two.

Ashley is very rude tried to argue with me about rather or not I had an receipt/warranty for a gaming product I purchased from there. She said that since I had made so many purchases on my account she couldn’t see the receipt/warranty. Luckily I found my receipt for the device but when I returned to the store with my receipt she still gave me attitude saying she didn’t think that the receipt matched the product. Must gaming products have the serial ingraved on them so once she verified the serial number she said she didn’t have any of the products in stock. She Lied

I've never had an issue with GameStop since I shopped here. SURE it has a reputation for be controversial towards it customers as well as its businesses practices but I personally have never had a issue with this place. The workers that do a good job deserve a medal for all the hard work they do. Shout out to my fellow gamers.Power to the Players!
