Visited this Gap location during a trip to The Fashion Mall. It seems a bit smaller than some of the other Gap stores I have visited previously. The store was clean and well maintained. It was not too crowded so it was easy to get in, navigate, and exit the store. All the staff we encountered were friendly and helpful. They had most of the items needed or wanted in stock as well. Good experience and I would recommend it, if they have what you need or are looking for.

Visited the store today. There was an older lady in her 50s who checked me out at the register today. She had a weird look and a crooked mouth.
She clearly did not know how to handle a customer and seemed arrogant and judmental. It was my first time shopping at this location, her service was terrible. Never been dissappointed with Gap products but you could do better and hire welcoming employees. Never coming back to this location again!

Everytime I come to this location, I always feel the staff needs customer service training. They always seem uninterested to assist.

The store looked great and clean. Well stocked. The young man and other woman working seemed lovely.I did a pick up order for the first time. It was an items in kid sizing, so I wasn’t sure which register to go to. I walked up to the one in the regular store.An older middle age white woman said she could help me and then had a ton of shade. She had an attitude when I mentioned not being sure which store to ask “it’s all one store so *laugh*” and “well, guess no one is going to steal your underwear” don’t need to check your ID. She wasn’t doing a friendly laugh. I know it’s Gap and Gap Kids, but that doesn’t always mean the Gap employees could pull an order for a kid item. How am I to know?

The place where the store used to be next to Sephora is boarded up and says a new store is coming soon and they moved some of the clothes in GapKids so they may close soon.

Tried to go last week. I had my wife and baby with me. The fumes were so bad from the nearby nail salon, I felt it was unsafe to have my baby in there. My wife and I immediately got lightheaded from the fumes and left immediately because we were worried about the fumes and our baby. The crazy thing is, it didn’t smell bad in the main concourse, or anywhere else. Just in the Baby Gap. Would love to try and go back if they could do something with the fumes. But I feel it’s definitely unsafe to have children in there if the fumes were that potent.

Michael was one of the most helpful retail workers I’ve ever come in contact with. He has a great attitude, and was very warm and welcoming. He helped me and my wife with whatever we needed.

What a reciest people work in this store as a sales person. The lady working in this store is judging people based on color. I went to this store to buy pants. I grap one and I walked to othere side of the store to find different style because I need two. The lady take the pant which I was find it and told me I keep this at the counter. She thought I am going to steal it. I feel bad and offended. Never going back to this store again.

Had a positive experience at this store ? The store had a nice selection of clothes and it was clean. The Staff was very helpful and nice with my needs and I will definitely be back here to shop .
