It's Saturday and it's right after noon. The line to checkout is ridiculously long and they have 1 person checking people out. Josmy, the cashier is doing a great job . She is pleasant and totally on it. .....but shame on you to the management. There are a ton of workers throughout the story and no one can be bothered to help.

Went to upgrade our phones and watches, and Arnold helped us thru all of it. He was so friendly, easy to work with, and helped us with everything we needed! He had so much patience, answering all of our questions, even while my kids were being monsters! It was such a pleasure to work with him, and hopefully next year when it’s time to upgrade again, we will get to work with him! Victor is pretty cool too - and likes Doritos!! ☺️

My wife and I decided to come to this store to shop for a TV. We have a BB closer to us but we don't like the service at that store. We are so glad we came to this store. The customer service we received from Shannon S. was absolutely amazing!!! He took his time as we were asking him questions and trying to decide what we thought was a good TV for us. He was patient and friendly. He gave us good advice and we feel we will be very happy with our choice. Thank You Shannon for all your help. Cause man we needed it. Ha ha !!!

Every associate was friendly and knowledgeable. I visit frequently to buy movies and have never had a problem with any of the associates even during Black Friday.

I have a surface Duo my father is an elite member for best buy not me im the son, the one you don't want to piss off. Which you have. I had an appointment scheduled I walked in was peaceful polite and respectful. I was brought to one other area of the store, away from the Greek Squad desk. I was waiting for a good 3 Mins before some new guy showed up. From a request from a Geek Quad Associate. The new associate that was brought to help me in paying for my replacement Duo. Two additional workers show up and they are all. Trying to figure out what they need todo. So 7 Mins pass by. When I decided to call. My father he's on the phone speaking to the associates and then sounds after he started speakong when I put my father on speaker to speak. They all started talking amoungst themselves. One of them took their mask down.. A female associate. I don't appreciate the fact that they totally were ignoring my father speaking when he was elaborating on the fact that he just dealt with corporate weeks ago about getting my surface Duo. Replaced. Now this was the third time from my recollection. I was told. That corporate told my father that I can pay the replacement fee keep. My phone until the replacement came in. But they were telling me that I was to hand over my ONLY Phone after I pay and my replacement wouldn't arrive until the 22nd of April...... Now does that make any sense... Since I need my phone not just for business purposes but for personal reasons as well. I have people that rely on me daily how Can one Contact me if I hand my phone over to some store because it's a policy. When that's not even a reasonable policy. Smh I wonder when common sense will make a comeback..... Who knows.

When you call Best Buy Geek Squad if you purchase something from Best Buy they will help you set it up like a smart TV or Blu-ray are soundbar will talk you through it

Says on the website that they will fix samsung s7 edge. They no longer service them. I made an appointment a week in advance and they didn't have the parts for it. False advertising. AND the Geek Squad wasn't even on time for the appointment. I was told to come back in an hour. I do not live close, so I was forced to stay in the area for an hour to be told they can't help me. Thank God I didn't have to pay.
