In store service was great! Phone service to setup kup appointment was just barely tolerable as you had to be routed through a call center. Understandable on the front end, but to pick-up? Didn't see the purpose behind all the background questioning.

I installed some PC parts myself last weekend, and realized I needed to replace the thermal paste. I brought it in Saturday, February 26th with no appointment, and the PC expert fit me into the schedule and fixed it really quickly! He was very kind and knowledgeable.
