Whether you're just getting back into working out or have washboard abs, Orangetheory Fitness Fishers-Geist is a great place to get a solid workout. The model of OTF's workouts facilitates healthy exercise habits balanced between cardio and weights, as well as power and endurance. The coaches are absolutely awesome and will motivate you through class, even when it's before sunrise. Additionally, the front desk staff is friendly and welcoming. As packed as it gets, they have the skills to run the place smoothly. OTF is a regiment that actually sticks for many people and absolutely worth trying out.

These workouts are fast pace with up-beat music and good coaching. I love the variety in workouts. It's the perfect balance between strength and endurance that I need. It also forces me to do the workout types I don't like to do (because I'm not good at it). They go by so fast that I'm always glad I did it afterwards.

I heard great things about Orangetheory and my experience at the Fishers location lived up to all the hype! First scheduling is easy and convenient and you get to try it the first time free so you can't beat that! Then once there the specialist take you through all the details and background of what OT is and the benefits! After doing all the paperwork discussing details and safety I was given to the instructor who introduced me to the equipment and process and led me the entire way! It's an all inclusive personal training workout with 30ish other people and 3 section! The main parts are Treadmill, weights and tower but modifications exist for all and you get to see your calorie burn progress throughout the class! It was a great workout and even fun and I hear it changes up day by day! Definitely try it out!!

I tried orange theory at Fishers-Geist on Tuesday - they give you a free trial class. Everyone was very helpful and nice/welcoming. I liked that I got to talk to the class instructor prior to the session. It allowed me to not be as nervous and know what I was getting into. The information was thorough and I had NO idea that there was so much more to orange theory then just attending a workout class. I love that I can workout and see my heart rate in live time and know what my goals are to push myself in the moment to achieve them. I had Luke, same instructor, again on Thursday and he remembered my name which made me feel like I already belonged. It is a good sense of community and everyone attends for their personal fitness goals. I don't feel out of place or shamed or nervous or annoyed (in a gym working next to people that just stare at you and grunt the whole time, no thanks). I get excited to go and even though I have only been there for 2 classes now, my body FEELS the impact. I can't wait to see how I feel/look after 2 months of this! ps - the lighting is dim with orange lighting and it just works for the facility. You don't even notice your surroundings. Music is good and the classroom is a good cool temperature. YOU WILL SWEAT A LOT. Only thing I don't like is they don't have a towel service, need to bring your own and I keep forgetting, but I threw one in my bag this morning so I am prepared for next time! :)

Scheduled, stays tight. In, out, done. Feel great about yourself afterwards - don't be scared by the rumors that you can't handle it. You're not competing with anyone but yourself, so you can go your own pace and listen to your body. The only downside is that this location is so busy it's hard to get in at all without waitlisting before 8 AM on weekdays...

I love the personal attention that I receive each time I train with Ben. The staff is well educated and professional. I loved the fact that they were still able to continue my training even while I had a broken foot this past summer. Anyone interested should definitely give them a try.
