Was in there to get coffee and Renee was super helpful they were out of sugar but she looks under all cabinets and behind boxes and in backroom to make certain. Thank you very much.

I am a 57 yr old disabled female who was traveling on her own from out of state and I arrived at this gas station close to 10:30 pm. It was well lit and the store inside was still open with multiple employees. I felt very safe. There were many gas pumps and even at the end of the day there was soapy water for cleaning your windshield, stocked paper towels for drying and printer paper for printing gas receipts at the pump. Inside the store was open and well stocked, the bathrooms were clean and stocked on toilet paper and paper towels. I come from a smaller city where there is a fraction of the people and most of our gas stations don't have half as many things fully stocked and you hardly ever get a receipt at the pump!

Wow, I’m seriously offended by the lack of consideration from the management in this building, I’m 15 from Chicago with my 2 brothers (we’re all African American) and the Enployee/Managwe/Whoever she is, was looking at us weird, because we didn’t have our shirts on due to the weather, that much we could understand, but then we were asked to leave for suspicion of stealing…when we came in to buy our own grocery’s for the hotel we were staying at… it came down to us going to shell, because we were super uncomfortable with the rascism from the employees

No soaps in the female restroom. The dispenser was gone and I felt super uncomfortable leaving the restroom without washing my hands. I’m a FEMALE. We have to wipe thoroughly. Yes, there are people who use the restroom without washing their hands, not me. I have to!!! So I washed with hot water. I went out to get hand sanitizer and the dispenser was out. There were like 6 more dispensers and they were all out. I told the clerk and he brought soap to the restroom and once he realized the soap dispenser was missing he said, “Oh no, I have to let the manager know” and walked away with the whole bottle then continued to check people out. I still didn’t wash my hands properly. I was going to walk into the men’s restroom to wash my hands but there were guys in there.

No issues here on a Saturday at 7:00am, charged the car and used the restroom. The gas station seemed to have a large variety of food, snacks, and drinks inside.

Got gas and went inside for the restroom and to get something to snack on. The restroom was clean but the one sink didn't want to function. When I went to the ordering kiosk and started to look at the menu, I was told that the kitchen was closed. (This was on 4/8/2024 around 1am). So basically my option was junk/snack food or nothing.
Why wouldn't the nighttime lead not be capable of stepping into the kitchen and making an order if there's no kitchen person, or simply get it started if the kitchen person is just on break. I had nothing in mind and could have ended up only ordering items that go in the fryer and required no effort beyond counting/weighing and putting in a container. But it comes across as lazy that I was told the kitchen was closed.

No tap to pay.Never any paper towels, which is annoying when getting diesel. Unless you love diesel hands, then this is the place for you!
