Not open says it supposed to be 24 hours this is the second time I came here and they are closed. Both locations are closed one on Rockville Road and the one on Crawfordsville Road.

Register clerk was entirely unprofessional. Super disrespectful. Inappropriate language was used. Nobody I would want running my store. If 0 stars was an option, I would give this place 0 stars just because of the lady behind the desk

I’d give this place a zero if I could. Went to use the women’s bathroom and it was completely dirty. Toilet paper everywhere on the ground and around the toilets. Over half the toilets in the women’s bathroom weren’t flushed. Nasty.

I come here all the time & the woman working overnight is the rudest person I've ever met. She has the worst attitude & acts like it's an inconvenience to do her job. She closes the bathrooms at the beginning of her shift & refuses to let customers use them. I take it it's because she's lazy & doesn't want to re clean them, because like I mentioned, God forbid she does her job!!!! To have a person like that represent & be the face of your company, is a joke & reflects poorly on the company. Hopefully yall do something about her ASAP because it's not just me, I've heard several people complain about her. She's literally running customers away because of how nasty she is. If I could give negative stars, I absolutely would. I've never been so disrespected in my life. Especially considering i was friendly & did nothing wrong!!!!!!!! I see from the reviews it's a common experience with her not to open the bathrooms.

Stopped in late. Quiet, shelves stocked full, and clean. Cashier super nice. Fair prices. Have Mamba candy and Diet Mtn Dew which I can't find other places...won my heart. I will be back. Recommend you go too!

The short lady in the morning who tells everyone good morning is the reason I come to this get go almost every morning. She is so sweet and so kind. Her name is Tatiana. Give that girl a raise because she goes above and beyond for this company.

Just stopped into this location at 11pm. Had to use the restroom & found they were BOTH closed for cleaning. Upsetting because we had just left Meijer whose restrooms were closed for whatever reason. Yes I screamed because I really had to go.My husband & I got a drink we walked up to the cashier and advised her we are both veterans with the drinks.She acted like she didn't want to be there. Folks really shouldn't work in customer service if they hate it.We usually generally don't have underwhelming experiences at GetGo. This location needs improvement.

Great music plsying. Huge selection of food and beverage options! Open late so it was very nice to see it still open after a weekday evening concert!

It says they are open 24 hours but I work near there and I usually stop in to get snacks for work and there are days that they close at 10 o’clock at night and they don’t open till like 9 o’clock in the morning
