Bad driver in I-69 on Dec. 13 near Bloomington. Your driver was driving way too fast for the conditions, tailgating, and making erratic lane changes in icy road conditions. He nearly rear ended me.

They don't secure there loads while driving and debris falls out I had my windowshield cracked because of this and do you know what the front desk people told me. call my insurance and that there not liable you can clearly see the debris came from there truck
