Update:We made the hour and half drive back up here and customer service ended up making it right with my son. He walked out satisfied and now has a new model Scotty Cameron putter that he is happy with. I hope they fix the past customer service issues because it is a very nice store. Joey took time to help my son and get him setup! ThanksOriginal review:Brought my son in today for a Scotty Cameron or Good Good putter. Came in at 5:25pm. Was immediately told we do close at 6pm. Walked to the back where 3-4 employees were standing and sitting on the couch watching football game on TV.My son asked if they had any left handed putters in the back that were not on display. One worker walked somewhere came back and said no. He asked another question, he was told they are waiting on more stock and went back to watching the football game. We were ready to drop $400-500 on him a new putter today but he wasn’t even offered help with what they could order, shown any information or anything. I will not be coming back if this is how their customer service is going to be. This has to be some of the worst customer service I’ve experienced in a long time. My son had some questions on a used Scotty Cameron putter they had on display but he looked at me and said it’s a waste of time they aren’t willing to help us let’s go. Mind you he’s 13 years old and he realized how poor the customer service was. He said this multi million dollar facility and they can’t help offer us any help. I had no words for him.

Walked in today, looked around, never once was spoken to until I was walking out . I was ready to spend some decent money on clubs. Customer service is a dying trait.

I went in today to buy a new set of golf clubs. I walked around for about 15 minutes and no one asked me. Can I help you? I did ask one guy where the tailor-made golf clubs were, and he rather reluctantly got out of his chair and said here they are, and then left. On my way out of the store a guy said did you find what you were looking for? I said no he said OK so that was my experience at this overrated golf Galaxy store I am now headed to the PGA superstore and let’s see how they do.

Just go to the pga superstore on 82st!! Most employees don't love working there. Not the best customer service except for a couple. PGA superstore reshafted my driver within 48 hours and under $100. Asshole told me 100 to $150 and 72 hours to get my club. Bigger selection at pga superstore aswell.

I had an issue with a putter grip from a stock putter I had bought. I received great service and a very quick turnaround to get it right. The club fitter even checked out the loft and determined it was 2 degrees and made it right. I'm thankful to have a place like this that offers a great selection of items and very responsive service.

Terrible. Went in to look at some different shafts for my driver. I won the driver and it had too light of a shaft. They had hundreds of shafts but apparently only one fit my brand new Ping g425 driver and it was cheap. I wanted to try some others but he said no. They had no customer service and clearly did not want to make money. Waste of Time- Go to PGA superstore, they hooked me up in 10 minutes.

Huge thank you to Brad. Was in the market for a different set of irons after 25 plus years and he knew that I may not even make a purchase. He still spent over an hour with me having me hit different manufacturers, head/shaft combos. Never any pressure to buy, just good advice all the way around. I did buy a set because of his advice.

Got lots of golf equipment, preowned selection is pretty good though some of it is a tad overpriced.

Needed some shoes. Staff was helpful and I walked out with a pair I'm happy with. Was able to do some browsing. Great selection of gear. Gonna buy a bag next time I go.

Got my newly fitted Calloway Rogue ST set over the weekend and I'm thoroughly impressed. Fitting session at Golf Galaxy was a terrific experience. Thank you Keegan for your professionalism and willingness to spend the extra time with me. My confidence has improved tremendously and I LOVE my clubs. Shout out to Dave (D.?) for helping me find a new driver today. He absolutely talked me into sliding out of my 11 year old driver and taking the leap for an upgrade. Fitting it to my swing speed and necessary loft. I can’t say enough about his help/customer service today. I won’t be able to sleep tonight cuz I’m legit excited about this club!
