They really don't care over here. I left an item there, came back an hour later and they already threw it out. It was a small bag that I had for almost 3 years and really valued. I tried calling the number for the store letting them know I'd come back and no one answered the phones, which there was a full staff there so that shouldn’t have been the case. I’m disappointed in the service and there should have been better steps in place to make sure things like this don’t happen. Did I leave my item there? Yes. But I don’t think that’s an excuse to throw out peoples stuff when there’s even more worn out items on rack to begin with.

Goodwill is an exceptional organization that consistently delivers on its mission of creating opportunities for individuals and communities. This nonprofit has a long-standing reputation for its dedication to changing lives, and I've had the privilege of witnessing their impact firsthand. One of the standout features of Goodwill is its commitment to sustainability and environmental responsibility. The retail stores, where they sell donated goods, help reduce waste by giving a second life to items that might otherwise end up in landfills. This not only benefits the environment but also provides affordable shopping options for people from all walks of life. It's a win-win situation. What truly sets Goodwill apart is the job training and employment services it offers. Through various programs, they empower individuals with barriers to employment, helping them gain valuable skills and secure meaningful jobs. This approach has a profound impact on people's lives, fostering self-sufficiency, independence, and a sense of dignity.Goodwill's staff and volunteers are dedicated and compassionate, ensuring that the organization's goals are met with care and enthusiasm. Their commitment to helping people succeed shines through in every interaction, creating a positive and supportive atmosphere. The financial transparency of Goodwill is also commendable. Donors can trust that their contributions are used efficiently and effectively to fulfill the organization's mission. In conclusion, Goodwill is a shining example of a nonprofit that truly makes a difference. With a focus on sustainability, job training, and community support, it's an organization that deserves recognition and continued support from those who value positive change in society. Goodwill's impact ripples through communities, giving people hope, opportunities, and a chance to thrive.

The prices are getting higher and higher. I could or used to buy grandkids clothing for a $1 to $3 not any more. And the 1/2 sales are gone, so I don't shop as often. Mens jeans are nearly 9.99 a pair. I can get some off brands at Rural King for $14 new. They need to do better

Nothing of interest in this store. Boring forgettable overpriced worn out items. Goodwill sells what their staff determines as most valuable online, and the stores receive the dregs.

The cashier just added a “donation” without asking me. Goodwill is dishonest in its practices - this was not a mistake. The cashier would have talen my money from me had I not checked my receipt before leaving. Since they didn’t know how to refund me - probably no one complains because they don’t want to be ridiculed - and she was saying in a non-apologetic accusatory way, “well , everybody says yes to the donations, the five people before you said yes to the donation” and other nonsense to justify her taking my money without my consent, the manager just gave me my change and said “oh, well take it from over there and replace it,” which leads me to once again confirm that Goodwill Central Indiana has taken corporate greed to a whole new level.I stopped shopping here since they stopped the $.99/Sunday and the color of the week along with Senior days. Greed will be this shady organization’s demise and rightfully so.Dishonest corporations make for dishonest employees and dishonest practices.

Nasty cashiers, dishonest ringing things twice and not even apologizing, and adding the change to round it up without asking customers if they agree.Just dishonest and nasty.

Nasty managers. Literally just dropped off a big donation after hours (1am) and whoever was still there yelled at me through an outdoor loud speaker: “INDIVIDUALS TAKING DONATIONS FROM THE DONATION BIN VACATE THE PREMISES!” I was NOT stealing but actually donating items from my DECEASED relatives. I had just finished crying my eyes out before being accused of stealing and having bar patrons yell at and threaten me from across the parking lot. Hope this location gets closed down. Who is still there at 1am waiting to yell at people?
