I was a faithful shopper here at this location until today. I came in to Exchange a pair of pants that I purchased a few days before after getting home noticed they had a huge stain on the knee. when I took them in today, to get an exchange, she accused me of tampering with the tag. I do admit that the tag looked weird, but upon purchasing them I didn’t notice the tag I just purchased them and left. I still had the receipt. The tag was still on them just a little battered.. She decided to go and look at their security cameras to see if I actually purchased the pants from there. Which I had no problem with because I had purchased them from there. she came back to tell me that I did not purchase them from there. I purchased a different pair of khaki pants that had a blue tag, which I did purchase two pair of khaki pants and this one I had brought back. She said that I did not purchase them from there or it’s not on the camera. there was no way for them to help me or accommodate me in anyway, which left me feeling not only accused of tampering with the tag but stealing. Just super disappointed I really love going to the Goodwill and love that it was so close to my house, but unfortunately will not be going back there. She was rude and I felt very attacked. I’ve never been treated that way there before and had taken things back in the past and never had an issue until today. It upset me the most because I wasn’t able to return them because of what she said “she seen on the camera” which who knows what they actually do in the back. There’s no way that I’m going to tamper with a five dollar pair of jeans it’s not a big deal I just did not like the way I felt upon leaving if she was more understanding and did not make me feel like I was doing something wrong I would’ve left willfully without argument, and without having a sour taste in my mouth. Bottom line is I will not be at this location ever again.

Not a very interesting location. Prices were just okay. Items were a mix of reject Home Goods and pure trash. The book selection was abysmal. Does anyone in Indianapolis read?

This store is getting really stupid with pricing, especially on furniture. GW seems to forget that those items were DONATED! Management is extremely rude and act like they are better than their employees.
