Busy Saturday morning and only one cashier. Very long line and even after calling for cashier assistance, no one came to help.

Typical Goodwill thrift store, with inexpensive "pre-owned" clothing and other items for sale. Staff was helpful. As an added bonus for penny pinchers, there is a Dollar Tree and a Save-a-Lot nearby.

Bought furniture set came back to get it manager sold it gave me half of money back then hide recipes in pocket I'm now without furniture due to throwing out old items I'm disappointed that a store who claims to help put customers n bad situation DONT SHOP AT THIS ONE

Super slimy business now. You can't try anything on in store. You can only know if it fits once you leave. Then you can't get money back for returns, only GW gift cards. It's a Shady policy to squeeze more money out of shoppers. Just offer cash returns, and it would fix this. I do not shop here anymore.

I went there on October 7, 2022. The lady (and that's being nice calling her a lady) said that I had to leave my bag at the counter but that she would watch it. Yeah so her or someone else could steal something from it! I used to like Goodwill and shop at the stores frequently. But never again!

This is a rather pleasant Goodwill! It's probably the most clean and organized Goodwill that I've visited in Indy, and even though it's on the smaller side, I found some pretty good things. I'm not one to browse the clothing at Goodwill, but I would say that clothes and shoes make up a lot of this thrift store. Tchotchkes and housewares make up the rest. I saw some neat vintage things on the shelves, and a sweet photo of a deer (or whatever you call a male deer with the horns). Lots of parking in the parking lot, too. Overall, this is a very good Goodwill.
