For Durell, the complete jerk who made fun of a woman in line with his coworkers… I hope you feel like a real man picking on a small female and making them get laughed at when they have extreme social anxiety. For the record, they came home crying. Also, a special thanks to the woman who seemed to be in charge that yelled at her because she had so much in her cart. You are the pinnacle of HORRIBLE customer service. She spent $150 that night and has spent hundreds at that store for her family. However, you lost us, and every single item will be returned. If Goodwill decides to read this, we included the employee name, time stamp, and date. The horrible employees were Durell, and whoever seemed to be in charge that night, a female. They harassed her by pointing her out, chiding her, and then not offering any assistance to leave the store, forcing her to pry the doors open. You have cameras, go back and watch the footage. The exact time stamp is in the photos.

Please donate to another organization. This is for all thesurrounding areas Nobelsville, Fishers, Carmel, Lawrence, and Indianapolis. This place has fake dirty plants for 15.00...dressers for 200.00...broken lamps for 25.00...In this economy, Goodwill should be ashamed. Crotchet blankets, flimsy for 6.00...you can go to Walmart and get a full size blanket for 10.00....ridiculous Request a reasonable price adjustment or walk out.

My friend today in need if a dryer! Doing a little searching here or there on marketplace with little to no success on a dryer mainly over priced as to the reason! She decided maybe check in at goodwill and see if they have one! Blessings come I'm ways you can't imagine or when, reluctantly maybe to many dryers or no space! She managed to buy one at a low price you wouldn't believe! I am so grateful that Goodwill stores exist and how far they go to help someone in need! ??

Super slimy business now. You can't try anything on in store. You can only know if it fits once you leave. Then you can't get money back for returns, only GW gift cards. It's a Shady policy to squeeze more money out of shoppers. Just offer cash returns, and it would fix this. I do not shop here anymore.

I frequent this location because I have definitely found some super cool items here before. It's an average size store that is always stocked. There are always 3 to 4 employees with huge carts walking around stocking and they have no problem blocking all the shelves while they do it. I go in the morning so that could be the reason, but I find it difficult to navigate and be able to view the shelves when they are doing that. I had to switch my cart several times because it either had 3 wheels, squeaked, screeched or pulled left. I just want a cart that moves forward and doesn't scare children.

Nothing wrong with the store or prices but that cashier Thomas is a rude j**** Like why work in retail where you're helping others if you hate helping others. He is the absolute worst customer service representative I have ever dealt with. I don't ever want to shop at that goodwill or bring my children in there ever again. He's a horrible "human being" and he needs to find a job that doesn't deal with people ever.

Recently the 1/2 price colors of the week, the Senior Tuesdays and Veterans days were all discontinued. Prior to that Goodwill had raised all of their prices so that some items were actually cheaper if I bought them brand new. AND they have kept their dressing rooms closed for almost 3 years. So that you have to purchase the items, take them home and try them on, and then bring them back for a refund. However, you don't get a refund. You get a gift card! I continued to shop there but have gone less and less. Today was the final straw. When I was given my gift card for trying to return 3 pairs of jeans that didn't fit, I decided that the bag of donations I had was going elsewhere. Goodwill, shame on you. In this economy we need more GOODWILL. You do not have the same overhead as other companies. You don't have to ship items, so you don't have a fleet and/or gas to worry about. You pay your staff minimum wage or just above so the only costs that may have gone up for you is electricity and leases. This is no reason for what you've done. I'll be donating and shopping donating items from places that have still kept helping people at the forefront.

We like Goodwill but have stopped going because they no longer are doing the 30 percent off. We are senior citizens and need the discount.

Employees really know how to make you feel unwelcome in their store.

Been there the last two weeks, seems there is an awful lot of stuff that has been there for awhile. As with the majority of older people I'm sure, I am VERY disappointed they took away our 30% off as well as the 50% off color of the week. And 50% off 1st Saturdays. And closed dressing rooms!
