Our family was in tonight and your entire staff is rude! Your store is dirty. As a whole Goodwill has declined but this store leaves a lot to be desired. Find a better attitude for the people who guarantee you a paycheck

I got some really cute clothes and an aquarium however the cashier didn’t acknowledge my existence and ignored me talking to them multiple times :(

Good store. Seems to be well organized. Lots of interesting and useful items. Clean restrooms. I plan to shop here again.

Totally the worst store in the city to shop at. If you like to buy trash this is definitely the place to shop. They don't respect anyone all they care about is improving there store but in all reality they're using everybody for there own greed. The managers and employees dress like hookers which isn't professional. I would definitely not want to take your kids here, they hire chomos for management. You think your getting a good deal on an item but it's trash.

I've worked for this place before and they've literally wanted me to put out trash for sale. If you want toe jam shoes this is your store. If you want a microwave with full food splatters this is your place. If you want furniture that's got pee on it or fixed in the back with glue and or tape this is your place. Plus if you want disrespectful employees that will ruin your day this is definitely the place to go.If you want quality products and furniture I'd recommend you to go down the street to the salvation army.

Total at checkout came to $21.09, gave cashier $25.10 so as to not get a pocket full of change back. Cashier insisted that she give back the dime because the $25 would cover it even though we said we did not want a bunch of change. Proceeded to give us $3.86 change back shorting us 5 cents. People who can't count should not be given money and asked to make change. And people get offended if they get asked to do math at an interview. Prove you can count!

I love love love this Goodwill! I didn't find anything today when I was browsing, but in the past it's where I've found some of my favorite finds! I usually hit this place at LEAST once a week, sometimes twice if I'm lucky The pricing is fair. The store is clean with a quickly rotating selection of treasures. I'm guessing a lot of the surrounding neighborhoods are older folks because 60's-70's is my jam and this store seldom disappoints. I've found quite a few Club cookware pieces. The bathrooms are always clean and unlocked (but I carry napkins/tissues in my purse because sometimes toilet paper has been scarce, lol). The Manor House (an antique mall) also shares this strip mall so if you're lucky you can carve out time to enjoy them both! Good luck!

What a silly way to lose sales. Waiting in line behind 6 customers and in front of 5 there was only one cashier checking people out. No biggie, it happens. But after a few minutes of little movement, other employees running things up but not helping, and a customer with a cart full of clothing on deck, I did a lap and counted the other employees. 7. On the sales floor. I don't know if the gray polo means manager but there were two of them. I put everything back at least one other followed. You had customers ready to clear inventory and wanting to give you money, you had the manpower and were paying for it. This was Tuesday August 9, around 5pm.
