Standing outside the front door like a bouncer and telling people that they close in ten minutes (it was 6:45 pm mind you) in a manner that’s meant to STOP them from walking in the door is not it. Add to that that the clothes are almost always stained or torn and overpriced. Selling glass Oui Yoplait custard jars for $2 when you can buy the jars WITH the custard in them for $1 at Kroger. Throw the whole Goodwill away at this point and put something that actually contributes to the community instead of taking advantage of it.

Wow, this is definitely the best Goodwill I have ever been to! Not kidding. I have been to a "couple" all around Indiana and this one is by far the best for several reasons. 1. This gentleman who works there (Feb 20, 24) was going round to each isle and sorting and straightening items. It was so well organized! I told him too! 2. I got an important phone call from my doctor when I was getting ready to check out, I could do both. I asked the cashier if I could park my cart near the register and run outside to take call. She watched it for me the whole time I was outside! She was very nice and professional. I told her how much I appreciated her help. Thanks PAT!!! 3. The store was very clean and restrooms were very clean. I definitely give it 5 stars!

Ok not too too bad. I mean it's Ok. I found me 4 shirts. The weird thing is they were all priced at $4.99, and apparently there was No color today to get any discounts. ?My tags where brown and yellow , but they were all brand new shirts too. Or only worn once because they are in great shape. I hope you have good luck like I did on some nice shirts. The dressing rooms are still locked ?.
Ok, enough with this Covid 19??.

When furniture products are sold. You have 24 hours to pickup or it would be reticketed. Not at this store. There's a dresser that has been there for over " 7" day's with the sold tag on it. When I asked for reticketed to sell. I got a bogus reason from manager. The dresser is now sitting in back area for pickup 7/19/23. Don't like how the game is played at this location. All other stores 5*****

Super slimy business now. You can't try anything on in store. You can only know if it fits once you leave. Then you can't get money back for returns, only GW gift cards. It's a Shady policy to squeeze more money out of shoppers. Just offer cash returns, and it would fix this. I do not shop here anymore.

The employees are nice, except for 2 of the female managers who are extremely rude and inconsiderate. The prices are ridiculous though, especially on furniture! They should not be considered a non profit organization anymore because they clearly are ALL profit!
