!! Beware !! they willingly sell items in obvious non working condition through their auctions. The customer service they offer when confronted with selling non functional items is unacceptable. After denying options for a return, they offer a 10% refund off your purchase price for your "inconvenience." I purchased a camera and lens combination, the lenses had sand in them and made grinding noise when moved. The camera battery compartment was rust covered. !! Beware !!

I purchase 3D Blu-ray movies that are no longer available from goodwills all across the country. I also have sat on the board for years. Be careful. They sold me a movie at full price claiming to be a 3D disc included. When I've got around to watching it with my family at Halloween, The 3D disc was not included. They would not replace my purchase or work with me at all because it was beyond the 30 days. No worries just will never support Goodwill again.

Indianapolis Goodwill Outlet allows customers to hoard cart fulls of merchandise. Employees in the back hide items and txt ppl where they will be placing the item in the Bin so it is grabbed by someone waiting. If you have 5 carts full of items you should only be allowed one cart and you should remain with that cart until checkout! Tired of the nonsense

Never purchase from this store online. No matter how cool the item might be it’ll arrive destroyed. Horrible shipping- a little overpriced & most items arrive broken. This store is an outlier, most goodwills have fantastic shipping & handling.

Bid in an auction on the goodwill website for this location. I won the auction paying 28$ for the item, and when I went to pay the shipping fee they charged 35$. Absolutely horrible shipping price and if I would have known would not have purchased the item. The store is in complete control of the shipping prices that they charge for items they auction off on the goodwill website incase anyone thinks other wise. Degenerate behavior coming from Goodwill of Central & Southern Indiana.

The last 2 years has seen a lot of changes.1. Show cases are gone this was a must see in any goodwill.2. Changing rooms permanently removed.3. And now we're doing without senior Wednesdays color of the week and more it's so disappointing I just going to stop shopping Goodwill it's no fun anymore.

So sorry to see the Senior and the color of week discounts end. Although we made the rounds of the Lafayette and West Lafayette stores every Wednesday and frequently made a purchase at each store, they were never enough to qualify under the new rewards system. With these changes and the increase in prices we have recently seen, will not be visiting the stores as often and will take donations elsewhere. Such a shame, sure looks like corporate greed, especially when they pay nothing for their merchandise.

They have not only raised their prices, but they have also changed their discount program. No more 30% off Senior Days or 50% off color of the week.
