Very disappointed in the process and customer service at this location. First trip the order was supposed to be two items they only ordered one then reordered and it was the wrong part altogether now keep in mind we're coming from way across town to come to the store to pick up these items. We weren't even offered the option to have it shipped to us until we asked about it after making two trips up to the store. Then had the nerve to charge for shipping. That should have been free considering all the gas we had to burn. Do better for the next time.

Poor service. I arrived at 4:30 (maybe 30 secs afterward) for a simple transaction, and despite my wife being at the door and waving, the employees refused to acknowledge her, and simply turned off the lights.
Whatever happened to going out of the way to help the customer? Doors should not be locked until at least closing time, especially when customers are at the door. I’ve worked retail in the past, and this is standard procedure.

Great customer service. Went there to get a motor which was not available at the store but the lady went out of way to help us find correct serial number and all. I forgot her name but she was amazing!!

I've been here a few times to get a part once for my air and now for my furnace both times had just the past I needed in stock that no other place around me had and it kept me from having to order online which can be cheaper at times but you also have to wait for delivery in my case though the prices of the items I needed were about the same anywhere I would've went except for my furnace parts it was surprisingly cheaper and I got it right then so it was a win win. Both times I've been there customer service was good I got helped right as I walked in they tested my old part to insure it was indeed bad so they weren't just trying to make a sale and have me spend money on a part I didn't need which was nice so I'll definitely go back and would recommend I'm not too familiar with what all they have or sell but it looks like I wide variety of things from different trades

Went in to pick up an order. Unfortunately, I didn't have the order number, bc Grainger never emailed me an order confirmation. So I'm trying to explain, and the employee "helping" me must have been trying his hardest to be an ahole that day. He was not helpful in the least and actually was eager to belittle me. It's been a while since I've encountered such rudeness, but this guy deserves a great big star. He actually said at one point, "sounds like you talked to someone on the phone, but never actually ordered your parts". Again berating me for no reason. He was never able to find the order, so I had to find the part number for him on their website. Magically he then found my parts. Never apologized. Just wanted to get rid of me. If you encounter a bald man with glasses and a long goatee, ask for another employee....
Edit: To make matters worse, they didn't even spell my name right. Certainly makes it harder to find an order. And seriously... Justin Smith is too tough a name??

We had the hardest time finding anywhere that sold lead encapsulating paint. We found out we had lead paint in our home after our toddler tested positive for lead. The stress and worry of taking out this lead monster in our home is immense and no one had this specific paint ... but Grainger did. And I ordered online and it was ready for pickup in minutes. A huge relief. Thank you! Plus everyone there was so friendly.

Was scrambling to find a broken part in my oven, and Grainger came through! I had no idea they even stocked parts for ovens. Great experience and will be back!
