I had Katelyn this morning and had a great trim. Just what I wanted. Katelyn is friendly, easy to talk to, listened to what I wanted and professional. Great experience.

I had the pleasure of getting my haircut by Katelyn today, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience! From the moment I walked in, she was friendly, attentive, and made sure to make me feel comfortable. Katelyn did not know me, a simple man that needed a moment. I had a stroke two months ago. Physically I am fine now, unfortunately I cannot say the same for mental stability. The filter that made me a gentleman was damaged and now, I will say out loud believing I had internalized it. And they are completely random, no reason for why I would say or think of them. I could tell I had offended her and made the haircut uncomfortable. This was not my intent, She was a professional and still took the time to make sure everything looked perfect before I left.
Not only is Katelyn incredibly skilled, but she also creates a welcoming and comfortable atmosphere that made the whole appointment enjoyable even though of my comment.
If you’re looking for someone who truly cares about their clients and takes pride in their work, I highly recommend Katelyn. She’s a true asset to Great Clips!

I checked in less than 10 minutes before arriving and sat for less than 5 minutes before being taken for my haircut. Haircut looked great and the hairdresser was very friendly and polite.

I just left... you are definitely on their timeline at this store. You are checked in setting and waiting while they take a seat in their chair, chit chat, go have a smoke and whatever else before they decide to serve you. I am not on their time table for sure. You check in online for a reason...

Nick is the best, I moved to greenwood three years ago, and came in to the Greenwood Greatclips and Nick cut my hair. Well Nick is the only one I will let cut my hair and my sons hair. So thanks Nick for all the years of great hair cuts.
